Publication of the amendment of the Executive Order on the NemAccounts Scheme

§ 1

Notice no. 766 of 5. July 2006 on the NemAccounts scheme, the following changes are made :

1. I § 36 inserted after paragraph 1. 1 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 2. In addition, payment of payment may be made by the paying agency automatically through the NemAccounts system to ensure that the payment deferring financial institution transfers the citizen or company owed to a state-owned waiting account. Payment shall be considered as having a freeing effect on the paying authority. When the consignee is then assigned a Nemkonto, the debit is automatically transferred from the wait account to the Anlisted Nemkonto. `

Paragraph 2 is then referred to in paragraph 2. 3.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the sixth. March 2012.
