Publication concerning the amendment of the notification concerning the reporting of dangerous or polluting goods on board ships

§ 1

Notice no. 1349 of 15. In December 2011 on the reporting of dangerous or polluting goods on board ships, the following changes shall be made :

1. Foot notation the title of the notice shall be replaced by the following :

The ' Confessation contains provisions that implement parts of Directive 2002 /59/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27. June 2002 establishing a traffic monitoring and traffic information system for shipping in the Community, the Community Official Journal, 2002 No L 208, s. Directive 10, as amended by Directive 2009 /17/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28. May 2009, EU-Official Journal 2009 No L 131, s. 101 and Commission Directive 2011 /15/EU of 23. February 2011 amending the Directive 2002/59/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the creation of a Community vessel traffic monitoring and traffic information system. L 49, s. THIRTY-THREE.

2. I Annex 1 2 ' MSC is replaced. 150 (77) of 2. June 2003 "with" MSC. 286 (86) '.

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 9th. March 2012.
