Publication of special fishing rules for the aquatic system

In accordance with section 10 d, section 30-31, section 32 (1). Paragraph 130 (1) and Article 130 (1). 2, in the case of fisheries and fish farming (fisheries law), cf. Law Order no. 978 of 26. September 2008, and after authorisation, the following shall be determined :

Scope and allowable catch creator

§ 1. The announcement shall apply to the fishing of the big water system at the end of the Felsted Coded; and.

§ 2. In the area referred to in section 1, fishing is not permitted during the period from the 165. October to and with the 15th. April. However, fishing in lakes, which is part of the water system, is allowed all year.

§ 3. It is not allowed to fish with shriven and rods like agn.

Paragraph 2. Only one hook must be used on the line. The hook must be a single hook, double hook or trig.

Paragraph 5. Paragraph 2-4 does not apply to lakes, which are part of the water system.

Paragraph 2. The Wildlife Board shall fix the salmon quota, cf. paragraph 1, and special conditions for a permit in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 on the basis of advice from Denmark's Technical University, the Department of Aquatic Resources, and in the field of management of the objectives of the international nature protection areas, cf. section 10 d in the fishing law.

Paragraph 3. Application for authorisation pursuant to paragraph 1. 1 each year shall be submitted to the Office of Natural Acquirean at the latest by 15. January.

Punishment and entry into force

§ 6. The person who violates or attempts to violate § § 2-5 shall be punished by fine.
