Confession on the entry into force of certain provisions of the Act on the amendment of the Guarantee Fund for depositors and investors, the law on securities trading, etc., the law of financial stability and the law of the same as the same.

In accordance with section 6 (4), Two, in Law No 273 of 27. March 2012 amending the Act of Guarantee Fund for depositors and investors, the Act of securities trading, etc., the Act of Financial Stability and the Equation Act (Amendment of the Funding Guarantee Fund for the Guarantees Fund and Investors, the extension of the co-levy system, the maintenance of authorisation in the context of crisis management and the disclosure of confidential information, etc.) shall be determined that the section 1 of the law is given. 5, 6, 8 and 9, and sections 4 and 5 of the law enter into force for Denmark on 30. March 2012.
