Publication of the amendment of the approval and view of vehicles

(Haps truck to a large moped)

§ 1

Notice no. 762 of 8. July 2004 on the approval and vision of vehicles, as last amended by Notice No 2 ; 1168 of 13. December 2011, the following changes are added :

1. All in the notice, the Danish Board of Directs shall be replaced by the Danish Board of Directs of Traffic Management and of the End of Traffic Management : 'Traffic management'.

2. I § 25 pasted as paragraph 3 :

" Stop. 3. Large moped must be interconnected with registration and registration of a vehicle for which the moped is authorized to be interconnected with. ` ;

3. I § 26 inserted after paragraph 1. 2 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 3. Large moped to be used in connection with one or more trailers, together with these, shall be presented for inspection and approved. `

Paragraph 3-5 shall then be referred to in paragraph 3. 4-6.

4. § 29, paragraph. 2, no. 3, ITREAS :

" 3) Motorcycles, mopeds, trailers for motorcycles and trailers to large moped. ` ;

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. April 2012.
