Publication of the amendment of the staff in the emergency services

§ 1

Notice no. 41 of 21. 1 January 1998 on personnel in the emergency services, as amended by Notice No 2 ; 49 of 27. January 2006, Notice no. 192 by 18. March 2008 and procladition no. 1395 of 10. In December 2010, the following changes are made :

1. § 25 ITREAS :

" § 25. The person who is responsible for the fire-processing procedure, cf. the emergency services section 34 and section 35, as well as the requirements of Article 33 of the emergency Act, and provide for the fire inspection of undertakings, forward-looking and flammable buildings, etc., cf. The emergency response section 36 shall review and pass the Training Board, cf.. paragraph 2 and paragraph 1. 3.

Paragraph 2. The one to carry out the tasks, cf. paragraph 1, concerning the subject of fire-liable objects under category A of the Annex to this notice, the fire-technical basic training of the Contingency Management Board shall be subject to the final test.

Paragraph 3. The one to carry out the tasks, cf. paragraph 1 on the subject of fire-liable objects under Category B of the Annex to this notice, the requirements shall comply with the requirements laid down in the Annex to this Regulation. paragraph 2, and review the final test of the Disaster Management Board and shall consist of the final test. `

2. The heading for Chapter 7 ITREAS :

"Entry into force and transitional provisions"

3. I § 30 pasted as paragraph 3 :

" Stop. 3. The person who has reviewed and passed training in the fire-engineering processing procedures according to the current rules may continue to carry out fire-processing and fire-inspection purposes, cf. § 25, paragraph. 1, concerning the subject of fire-liable objects under categories A and B of the Annex to this notice. ` ;

4. Appendix 1 the text of Annex 1 shall be replaced by this notice.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the 18-1. April 2012.
