Publication of the amendment of special assistance to farmers for the care of eligible pastures under the single payment scheme

§ 1

Notice no. 84 of 30. January 2012, in particular aid to farmers for the care of eligible pastures under the single payment scheme, is hereby amended as follows :

1. I Section 1 (1). 1, ' permanent grassland ` shall be replaced by ' pasture land `.

2. Two places. Section 1 (1). 2, ' permanent grassland ` shall be replaced by ' pasture land `.

3. Section 2 (2). 2, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. In the case of grassland, the notice shall mean permanent pasture and pasture, as defined in the Conservation of the Natural Acquisitions, on direct aid to farmers under the single payment scheme. `

4. I Section 4 (4). 1, pasted as no. 9 and 10 :

" 9) Other private fields, there are grazing land in turmowing.

10) "Evvy public fields, which are grazing grassland."

5. I Section 5 (5). 1, ' permanent grassland ` shall be replaced by ' pasture land `.

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 19th. April 2012.
