§ 1

Notice no. 997 of 19. In October 2009, on arms and ammunition, as amended by the notice No 941 of 23. July 2010, the following changes are made :

1. Inline ITREAS :

" In accordance with section 1, paragraph, 1, 3, 4 and 5, section 2 (2). 2, section 2 (a) (1). 5, § 2 b, § 2 c (3) (c) Paragraph 3, section 3. 1 and 2, section 4 (4). 2, section 4 a, section 4 b, section 6 (6). One and five, section 6 a, section 6 b, paragraph 6. 3, section 9 (4). Article 10 (2) and section 10 (1). 3, in the law of firearms and explosives, cf. Law Order no. 704 of 22. June 2009, as last amended by Law No 1. 274 of 27. of March 2012, as well as in Article 40 (1). 5, in the area of hunting and feral management, cf. Law Order no. 930 of 24. In September 2009, the following shall be : '.

2. The headline before § 1 ITREAS :

' Provisions relating to the section 1 (1) of the arms Act 1, no. 1. "

3. The following section is added :

" § 1 a. Air and sheep weapons with larger caliber than 4,5 mm shall be covered by the prohibition in section 1 (1) of the arms law-being. 1, no. 1.

Paragraph 2. Pipes and run with larger caliber than 4,5 mm shall be covered by the ban in section 1 (1) of the arms law-being. 1, no. 2.

Paragraph 3. Paragraph 1 shall not apply to air and sheep-driven hardball and paintball guns.

Paragraph 4. The holders of hunting party and members of the foxtros who have an arms endorsement for air and fire on the membership certificate may, in his own use, acquire, possess, carry and use air and spring weapons with a gauge greater than 4,5 mm above.

Paragraph 5. Former holders of hunting license, which meet the conditions for the acquisition of the hunting license, can continue to possess air and fire with a gauge greater than 4,5 mm.

Paragraph 6. Air and spring weapons are exempt from the section 3 a, paragraph 3. ONE-FOUR. "

4. In section 28, paragraph 1. 2, the following shall be inserted after the word "signal weapon" : "air and sprat weapon with a gauge larger than 4,5 mm".

5. I § 40 is inserted after no 6 as new number :

" 7) Air and springs of air with a larger caliber than 4,5 mm. "

6. The headline before section 41 ITREAS :

"Registration of glatable shotguns and air and spronder weapons."

7. I § 41, paragraph. 1 the following section shall be inserted after ' Section 2 (a), 1 and 2, ' : ' or air and springs of air with a larger caliber than 4,5 mm covered by Section 1 (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) ( FOUR, "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. June 2012.

§ 3

Paragraph 1. Persons who, in the entry into force of this notice, are in possession of air and fire with larger caliber than 4,5 mm, have the right to continue to possess these objects, but shall not wear or apply them. The detention must be notified to the police no later than 1 years after the date of entry into force of this notice.

Paragraph 2. Notification in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 shall be made to the police on a special form.

Paragraph 3. The notifier shall receive a receipt from the police with a receipt for the notification to be kept in conjunction with the weapon and for the required information for the police.

Paragraph 4. Air and sheep weapons with larger caliber than 4,5 mm shall be retained within 1 year of the entry into force of this notice shall be retained in accordance with the provisions of section 21 (3). Three or four.
