Law on the amendment of the law on taxis and so on and the registration tax slop

(Exercise of the permit for a taxi to authorize the issue of public service traffic permits and exemption from vehicle registration tax (s) carrying out driving on the basis of public service traffic)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

In the Law on Taxlet, etc., cf. Law Order no. 1039 of 8. In October 2009, as amended by law no. 485 of 11. May 2010, section 45 of law no. 718 of 25. June 2010 and Law No 633 of 14. June 2011, the following change is made :

1. Section 2 (2). FIVE, TWO, FOUR. pkt., revoked.

§ 2

In the case of registration tax of motor vehicles, etc. (registration tax slop), cf. Law Order no. 836 of 1. July 2011, the following changes are made :

1. Section 2 (2). 1, no. 5, ITREAS :

" 5) vehicles with the permit of carriage of passengers only for commercial passenger services, '.

2. I Section 2 (2). 1, is inserted after no 5 as new number :

" 6) vehicles authorized for public service traffic after the use of a taxi service and so forth exclusively for the use of ordinary regular services for a traffic company governed by law on carriers, '.

No 6-20 becomes the second paragraph. 7-21.

3. I Section 2 (2). 1, no. 9, No, no. 10, amended ' no. 7 "to :" 8 ".

4. I Section 2 (2). 4, the ' paragraph shall be amended 1, no. Parag-16 and 17 ` shall be replaced by the following : 1, no. 17 and 18. "

5. I Section 6 (2). 1, in section 2 (2), 1, no. 6 (c) ` ; to : section 2 (2). 1, no. 7 (c) ` ;

§ 3

The law shall enter into force on the day following the announcement in the law.
