Publication of the amendment of the Notice of Education and Candist Education in the universities (education notice)

§ 1

Notice no. 814 of 29. The following changes shall be made to the following changes by June 2010 concerning the training of undergraduates and graduates (training notice) :

1. I Section 1 (1). 3, the words ' publication on published training and Erasmus Mundus-Candidate Education ' s universities ` shall be replaced by : ' notice on the international training courses of universities (international training notice). ` ;

2. I Section 4 (4). ONE, TWO. pkt., in the words ' section 21, paragraph, Three to : " section 15, paragraph. TWO. "

3. Insert after section 6 :

' Extutored training

§ 6 a. A Danish university may enter into an agreement on training, if available ;

1) the Danish university assesses that the overall education will have a higher quality level in relation to education, where all education is offered in Denmark, including where it is difficult to recruit sufficiently qualified teachers ; in a specialised area or where the educational site of the abroad may provide specially qualified training,

2) The Danish university in its assessment of whether education elements should be added to an abroad abroad includes the consideration of the possible additional costs and legal certainty of students who are involved in the study.

3) the Danish university ensures that the organisation and so on of training follows Danish training rules ;

4) the Danish university ensures that the training abroad is particularly organized for students admitted to training, including that the Danish university determines the requirements of the professional content of the subcommittee and the organisation of tests, etc., and

5) the provision of training in which education is made available is clearly advertised, so that the training elements of a part of the training elements of education are to be carried out abroad.

Paragraph 2. The university is dispensing from the requirement that students should carry out training elements in an abroad abroad where exceptional circumstances exist.

§ 6 b. In the case of training, up to 60 ECTS of the training elements shall be added to undergraduates and up to 30 ECTS-points of the training elements on a candidate's education.

§ 6 c. The university lays down detailed rules for published training abroad. The education scheme for the training shall be recorded in the course of the training of the training scheme.

Paragraph 2. The Study Scheme must include the following elements :

1) The location of the educational parts specified in the ECTS points to be carried out at the Danish university and abroad.

2) Special rules on training and the organisation of exams and so on for the training elements which are carried out abroad.

§ 6 d. It is the responsibility of the Danish university to inform applicants and students :

1) The provisions applicable to the overall degree of training.

2) The rules of training and qualifications, including rules of law applicable to training elements that are added to the abroad. ' ;

4. The following title is inserted before section 7 :

"Instructions"

5. After Section 7 is inserted in Chapter 2 :

" § 7 a. A student-fracep student who is more than six months late in the field of training in accordance with the normal period of study in accordance with the rules laid down in the year. however, paragraph 1 3, has the right to receive special guidance from the university, which must support the study of students ' ability to complete education, including the reduction and re-election of education as far as possible. As a faculty, students who are at risk of interrupting the training as a result of the party concerned are delayed in relation to the normal period of study.

Paragraph 2. If a student-frauled student, cf. paragraph 1, more than 12 months are delayed in the training period in relation to the normal period of study, cf. however, paragraph 1 3, the university must address the student and provide special guidance in the form of an individual call. The content and time of the consent shall be organized by the university after the needs of each student, cf. paragraph 4.

Paragraph 3. For the purposes of calculating the period during which the student is delayed in relation to the normal period of time, no periods of delay or leave as a result of maternity, adoption, and periods of leave as a result of calls to service obligations shall be subject to : broadcasting as part of the international operations of the defence, long-term disease, the care of the disabled, seriously ill or dying or equivalent conditions.

Paragraph 4. The university defines internal rules for specific guidance, including which students have the right to receive the instructions. The special guide may be organized with individual or collective calls, with the preparation of training plans and involving presentations, information meetings, open house events, etc., cf. however, paragraph 1 TWO. "

6. I § 8 (3) 1 the words ' publication on access and so on at the universities (access notice) in the universities (access notice) shall be replaced by : ' Notice of access to undergraduate studies at universities (undergraduations notice). ` ;

7. I § 12, paragraph 1. FOUR, THREE. pkt., change " LL. B. (Bachelor of Laws) "to :" LL. "B." or Bachelor of Laws. "

8. § 15 ITREAS :

" § 15. Bachelor and candidate education, organised for secondary education and training, are being built up by a major class and a side subject. Both undergraduates and graduates must be at the heart of both the central and side-factions. The core subject must be the main focus of both training. The sibleget must be at least 90 ECTS-points of the overall course of training courses.

Paragraph 2. Candidate training provided for in paragraph 1. 1 shall be extended after the approval of the Universities and Internationalisation of the Internationalisation with 30 ECTS points when the cover is outside the trade area of the central professional area, cf. Paragraph 3. Universities can decide that students must have their electionals approved by the Student Board for the major.

Paragraph 4. It must be stated in the study scheme for each training, the rules applicable to the elections, including when a selection requires the approval of the student subject. `

10. I § 17 in the words ' section 21, paragraph, Three to : " section 15, paragraph. TWO. "

11. I § 18 pasted as paragraph 2 :

20. Annex 1, no. 3.11, ITREAS :

" 3.11. Candidate education in the social field of science (candle.soc. ()

-WHAT? The purpose of the study in the area of social science is to qualify the student to identify and analyze complex social phenomena on the basis of theoretical and methodical knowledge and skills in the field of a multiunit of professional traditions for the purpose of acting in private and public activities, including in the high school education.

-WHAT? In the case of candidates, one or more subjects form part of the social scientific area or other areas relevant to the operation of the social scientific candidate.

-WHAT? Candidate training gives the right to the term ' cand.soc '. (candidatus/candidately societatis), with a subsequent indication of the professional name of the training field. In English, Master of Science (MSc) in Social Sciences, followed by the professional name of education. `

21. I in Annex 1, no. 5.7. , "Master of Health Science" is replaced by : "Master of Science (MSc) in Health Science".

22. I in Annex 1, no. 6.3. , "Master of Science and Technology, followed by the professional term in English" to : "Master of Science (MSc) in Technology, followed by the professional name of the master of Science and Technology".

The announcement will enter into force on the 20th. May 2012.
