§ 1. Adoptionsintermediaries and recognised and approved religious communities shall obtain a child certificate before they hire or employ persons who, as part of the performance of their tasks, have direct contact with children under 15 years of age ; persons or persons who, as part of the performance of their duties, have been among children under 15 years of age, thereby allowing direct contact with them.
