Publication of the care of children's certificate in the adopted organisations and in recognised and approved religious communities
In accordance with section 2 (2), One and four, in the law. 520 of 21. June 2005 on the submission of child certification in the recruitment of personnel and so on, as amended by Law No 1. 444 of 23. The following may be set :
§ 1. Adoptionsintermediaries and recognised and approved religious communities shall obtain a child certificate before they hire or employ persons who, as part of the performance of their tasks, have direct contact with children under 15 years of age ; persons or persons who, as part of the performance of their duties, have been among children under 15 years of age, thereby allowing direct contact with them.
Paragraph 2. The introduction of a child certificate shall be in accordance with the rules applicable to such certificates in section 36 of the Notice concerning the processing of personal data in the Central Criminal Register (the Criminal Register), including that it, as the information, in writing.-(I have given written consent to the recommendation in writing.
§ 2. The stock exchange certificate must be obtained before the person is either employed or employed, provided that it is a fixed association.

Paragraph 5. No child certificate shall be obtained for a person referred to in section 1 in the event of immediate transfer to the second hiring or employment in the same area of employment.

§ 4. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. June 2012.
