§ 1. Paragraph 2. The introduction of a child certificate shall be in accordance with the rules applicable to such certificates in section 36 of the Notice concerning the processing of personal data in the Central Criminal Register (the Criminal Investigation Register), including the information relating to the information referred to in the Central Criminal Register of the Information Centre, has notified written consent to the entry into question.

§ 2. The following authorities, institutions, undertakings, etc. have a duty to obtain child certification :

4) Businesses performing railway traffic as public service traffic, which offers to guide children during the journey.

5) Entities authorised to operate commercial air transport in accordance with the law of air travel, which offers to guide children during the voyage.

6) Authorities, institutions, businesses, etc., carrying out ferry services, in accordance with the law of ferry services, which offer to guide children during the voyage.

Paragraph 2. Children's certificate shall be obtained for persons intended to act as drivers of motor vehicles or as children's wizards, including for assistants, temporary carers, deputies and students in the case of permanent affiliation. Paragraph 3.
