Publication of the amendment of the announcement of a (a)'s obligation to guide the mop.

§ 1

In the announcement of a-box obligation to guide the mv, cf. Notice no. 53 of 25. January 2012, as amended by Notice No 302 of 29. In March 2012, the following changes are negotiated with the Employment Council :

1. I § 10 the following paragraph is added : 2 :

" Stop. 2. The interviews, cf. paragraph 1 can be combined. However, it must appear in the call for the member to be convened for a resume / CV conversation, a weighting conversation or both. `

2. I Section 11 (1). 1, ' attempts by less intensive work for certain persons groups shall be modified, cf. the publication of the active employment action, the law on active employment and medical care in the field of active employment, on the management of active employment, on the active employment effort and the law on sickness benefits : ' less intensive work for certain social groups, cf. Chapter 7 a of the Act on active employment.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. June 2012.
