Publication of the amendment of the executive order for biogas plants and so on.

§ 1

Notice no. 293 of 27. March 2012 on subsidies to biogas plants and so on are amended as follows :

1. § 8 (3) 1, no. 7, ITREAS :

" 7) the project is completed by the 1. "August 2015,"

2. I § 15 pasted as paragraph 4 :

" Stop. 4. In exceptional and justified cases, the Management Board may dispensers from the requirement referred to in paragraph 1. 1. for at least 50%. livestock manure. "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. June 2012.
