Law on the Law of the People's School Act

(Approval of special instruction in daily processing offers and places of application, etc.)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the Law of the People's School, cf. Law Order no. 998 of 16. In August 2010, as last amended by Section 1 of law no. 379 of 28. April 2012 is amended as follows :

1. I § 20 pasted as paragraph 7 :

" Stop. 7. The Children and Education Minister shall lay down detailed rules on the suspension and approval of the place of residence for children and young people who have been referred to a day processing offer or placed in a place of arrival in another place of arrival in another, commune. "

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on 1. August 2012.
