Law on the amendment of the traffic law

(Safety on the repair of marine-armed vehicles on the motorway etc)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the road of road, cf. Law Order no. 1055 of 9. November 2012, as last amended by Section 1 of law no. 565 of 18. June 2012, the following changes are made :

1. I § 47 is inserted after 2. Act. :

' Repair of the vehicle on-site must be carried out only if necessary to remove the vehicle as soon as possible from the freeway. ` ;

2. I § 47 pasted as paragraph 2 and 3 :

" Stop. 2. If it was to perform repair at the site, cf. paragraph ONE, THREE. required to involve part of the driving track shall be carried out prior to the notification of on-the-spot action by the police who decide whether or not to repair the site. There must also be a prior notification of the police force if the removal of a vehicle would have to be carried out by the inclusion of part of the driving course.

Paragraph 3. The Minister for Transport may, after a negotiated procedure with the Minister of Justice, lay down rules on the use of boards and other marking and other marking by the removal of a vehicle and in the execution of the repair on the spot. `

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on 1. July, 2013.
