Law on Act on Active Social Policy Law

(Advance to dental and assistance to the occupying oats)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the Act of Active Social Policy, cf. Law Order no. 190 of 24. February 2012, as last amended by Section 2 of Law No 928 of 18. September 2012, the following changes are made :

1. After Section 81 is inserted before heading before section 82 :

" Extented tenants

§ 81 a. The municipality may provide assistance to reasonably justified temporary housing costs to a person who is deferred on account of housing etents, if in the long term it may be prevented by the person being exposed to the residence. The local authority can debit the help of the individual to make a Management Agreement, to include a plan to move to a more suitable accommodation or to participate in debt consulting. The municipality must particularly direct aid to children's families and socially vulnerable citizens. The municipality can decide that aid is paid directly to the landlord. The aid shall be fully charged to the aid in full by the municipality, cf. § 99, paragraph. 2.

Paragraph 2. Paragraph 1 may not be used to compensate directly for financial penalties by means of this or other legislation relating to the deforcement basis.

Paragraph 3. Help by paragraph 1 may be granted only if the person does not have the financial opportunity to pay the rent costs. '

2. After section 82, pasted before section 83 :

" § 82 a. The municipality shall provide payment for the payment of dental to persons who receive benefits under the law corresponding to the account level of cash. People who receive special assistance under Section 27 a shall have the right to the subsidy if the help including early retirement pension is equivalent to cash relief levels. Persons receiving revalidation service, resource flow allowance or unemployment benefit shall be entitled to the grant if they receive a benefit equivalent to what they would be entitled to in cash benefits and meet the economic conditions for the granting of such assistance ; receive cash benefits.

Paragraph 2. In the case of persons from 18 to 24 years, grants under paragraph 1 shall be granted. 1 to cover of 100%. the beneficiary ' s own costs of dental work, which annually exceeds an own payment of 600 kr. In the case of persons who are 25 years or more, grants to 65% cover are provided. the beneficiary ' s own costs of dental, which annually exceeds an own payment of 800 kr.

Paragraph 3. The annual own payment in accordance with paragraph 1. 2 shall be recorded for each calendar year on the basis of documented costs of dental care, whether or not the person has been entitled to the entitled person for the whole year.

Paragraph 4. The municipality shall be subject to prior approval of the grant of grants under paragraph 1. 2 if the cost of a total treatment flow exceeds 10,000 kr. In this context, the local authority must assess whether the treatment is necessary and well-justified.

Paragraph 5. Grantees of grants under paragraph 1. 1-4 may apply for assistance to cover the remaining own payment after Article 82. Application to this effect must be submitted before processing is performed. "

3. I § 99 pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. The municipality shall bear fully the expenditure of the aid for the tenure of tenderers after Article 81 a. `

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on 1. January 2013.
