Publication of the payment of ATP-contributions to beneficiaries of cash benefits and other benefits

Under section 2 c of the Labor Market ' s Supplementary pension, cf. Law Order no. 942 of 2. October 2009, section 80, paragraph. 3, in the Act of Active Social Policy, cf. Law Order no. 190 of 24. February 2012, and paragraph 16 a, paragraph 1. 7, in the Law on Parretire, cf. Law Order no. 1096 of 16. November 2005 shall be determined according to the authority and by the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the occupational pension scheme :

Chapter 1

Mandatory deposits of ATP-contribution to recipients of cash benefits, resource flow service, revalidation service and unemployment benefit

The total ATP contribution

§ 1. A contribution shall be made to the occupational pension allowance for persons filled to 16 years and receiving benefits under section 25, 52 (5) ; 1, 68 and 74 (a), 2 and 3, in the Act of Active Social Policy, cf. But § 2.

Paragraph 2. § 2. § 4. The municipality pays 2/3 of the ATP-contribution in accordance with section 1. The contribution of the contribution shall be rounded to the nearest whole amount of the crown. The government is refunning 100%. of the municipality's expense to the ATP contribution.

Chapter 2

Voluntary payment of ATP-contribution to recipients of partial pension

§ 5. In the case of persons receiving partial pensions, the beneficiary ' s wishes may be paid in accordance with the beneficiary ' s pension contribution to the occupational pension, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. Contribution may not be made to the occupational pension contribution of the labor market if the subpension monthly amounts to less than DKK 1000.

Paragraph 3. In the case of sub-pension recipients, contributions shall be paid for each hour of which a partial pension is received. On the basis of the annual contribution set out in section 15 (3). 1 in the Act of the Labor Market ' s Supplementary Pension, the Management Board ' s Supplementary Pension Board shall fix an hourly contribution. Conditions for voluntary payment of ATP-contributions

§ 6. Chapter 3

Common provisions

The municipality's payment to ATP

§ 9. The total ATP contribution of the individual benefits is set up quarterly by the municipality. The municipality may choose to pay the contribution via its own payroll system or a payroll service agency. Both payment options must either be used by the Penalty institutions (PBS) Transfer Service, Datalwage or Letwages. If the municipality does not pay through one of the listed options, the amount will be levished via PBS Payment Service, after which the amount is charged for automatic traits, electronic payment cards or a physical deposit card. The collection shall be sent by the occupational pension for the labour market. The payment shall be made under the special SEA numbers used for the payment of the benefits. The payment must be made on at least two SE numbers each covered by each of them,

1) services in accordance with section 25, 52 (5), 1, 68 and 74 (a), 2 and 3, in the Act of Active Social Policy and

2) Parretire according to the law of subpension.

Paragraph 2. The contributions of sections 1 and section 5 shall be payable on the 1. May, 1. August, 1. November and 1. Feb. The municipality shall pay the total contribution to the occupational pension scheme at the latest on 7. at the month of the month.

Paragraph 3. If the municipality does not pay the appropriate contributions, it shall be responsible for the payment of interest for late payment fees. Interest rates shall be levied by the Labor Market's Supplementary Pension and are 11/2%. of the total contribution for each beginning month calculated from the end of the quarter.

Local authority reporting to ATP

§ 10. The local authority reports once a month for the total ATP contribution to be paid to the occupational pension of the Labor Market for each benefit recipient. Repayment of ATP contributions

Chapter 4

Entry into force.
