Law amending the law on buffer zones
(Energy crops and public access)
WE, MARGRETHE the SECOND, by the grace of God Queen of Denmark, do indeed:
The Danish Parliament has adopted and we know Our consent confirmed the following law:
In Act No. 591 of 14. June 2011 on the buffer zones shall be amended as follows: 1. In article 2, paragraph 1, the words ' and multi-annual energy crops '.
2. Article 2, paragraph 2, is hereby repealed.
Paragraph 3 becomes paragraph 2.
3. In article 2, paragraph 3, which becomes paragraph 2, the words ' and of the plant species that may be used for the cultivation of multiannual energy crops referred to in article 6. (1) '.
4. Pursuant to section 6 shall be inserted: ' article 6 a. Peripheral zones are open for traffic on foot and stay, if there are legal access thereto, in accordance with article 3. Chapter 4 of the Act on nature protection.
(2). The Minister of food, agriculture and fisheries may derogate from the provisions of paragraph 1, when special circumstances speak for it. ' 5. In section 10, paragraph 2, shall be replaced by ' section 2 (3) of the ' to: ' section 2, paragraph 2 '.
6. In section 11 shall be added as paragraph 2: ' (2). The Minister may lay down transitional rules for crops that are established before the entry into force of the law. '
7. section 12 is repealed.
§ 2 paragraph 1. The Minister of food, agriculture and fisheries shall fix the time of the entry into force of the Act.
(2). The Minister may lay down transitional rules for multiannual energy crops established before the entry into force of the Act.
