We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.
The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :
§ 1
In the election to Parliament, see that it is a matter of choice. Law Order no. 107 of 8. February, 2011, as amended by law no. 251 of 21. In March 2012, the following changes are made :
1. I § 108, paragraph. 2, pasted as Act 2. :
' Basic remuneration is regulated once a year per year. 1. April, with a regulation percentage calculated on the basis of wage trends in salary framework 37-39 and wage groups 1-3. `
2. I § 108, paragraph. 5, in the words ' section 109 a, paragraph, 12 "to :" § 109 a, paragraph. THIRTEEN. "
3. I Article 109 (1). 3, the words ' starting with the 131. month "and after revenue" is inserted : ", cf. however, paragraph 1 FOUR-SIX.
4. I Article 109 (1). 3, no. 4, is inserted after ' Mayor ' : ', re-gions-President of the Council '.
5. I § 109 inserted after paragraph 1. 3 as new paragraph :
" Stop. 4. However, during the first 12 months of a member's detention period, there shall be no set-off for revenue up to 100 000 kr. The amount shall be adjusted according to section 109 a, paragraph 1. 13. "
paragraphs 4 and 5 shall then be referred to in paragraph 1. Five and six.
6. I § 109 inserted after paragraph 1. Five shall be referred to in paragraph 5. 6, as new slices :
" Stop. 7. An ordinary Member whose membership is to end in a parliamentary election, or as a result of a disease deputize, may be able to receive training expenses for training and so on in the Member States ' s training expenses, etc. the post-payment period and only within the amount of money earned, cf. paragraph 8.
Paragraph 8. There's $20,000 in there. per whole member years to cover expenditure as referred to in paragraph 1. Seven, however, at most 100,000 kroner. Amounts earned and paid for training and so on shall not be included in the taxable income. The coverage of expenditure on post-education and so on must be approved by the President of Parliament. The amount shall be adjusted according to section 109 a, paragraph 1. 13. "
Paragraph 6-12 is then being referred to in paragraph 6. 9-15.
7. Article 109 (1). 6, there will be paragraph 1. 9 is replaced by the following :
" Stop. 9. The Committee on the Rules of Procedure provides for the detailed rules for calculating the post-payment period after paragraph 1. 2, rules on set-off in accordance with paragraph 1. 3 and rules concerning the cover of expenditure on post-training and so forth. Seven and eight. "
8. I Article 109 (1). 10, 1. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. 13, 1. pkt., and paragraph TWELVE, TWO. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. 15, 2. PC, is replaced "7-9" to : "10-12".
9. I Article 109 (1). 10, 2. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. 13, 2. pkt., the following shall be inserted after "remuneration" : "and cover the costs of training, etc."
10. I Article 109 (1). 10, 3. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. 13, 3. pkt., the following shall be inserted after "post-payment" : "and cover the costs of training and further training."
11. I Article 109 (1). 10, 4. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. 13, 4. pkt., will be changed " Stk. 3 and 4 "to" Stk. 3, 4 and 5 ".
12. I § 109 a inserted after paragraph 1. 4 as new paragraph :
" Stop. 5. A regular member resident outside the territory of the non-country can be paid 20 000 without any documentation. per This year, if the Member in the Copenhagen area has a residence which is used as a supplementary housing of the Member in question in the Copenhagen area, the Member in the Copenhagen Area has a residence. ' ;
paragraphs 5 to 14 will then be referred to in paragraph 1. 6-15.
13. I § 109 a, paragraph. 7, 1. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. 8, 1. pkt., paragraph 8, 1. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. 9, 1. pkt., and paragraph 13, 1. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. FOURTEEN, ONE. pkt., shall be replaced by ' paragraph 1. 6 ` shall be replaced by the following : 7 ".
14. I § 109 a, paragraph. 8, 2. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. 9, 2. pkt., shall be replaced by ' paragraph 1. The following shall be replaced by the following : 8 ".
15. I § 109 a, paragraph. 9, there will be paragraph 1. 10 shall be replaced by ' paragraph 1. Five shall : ' shall mean the following : SIX. "

18. I § 109 a, paragraph. 11, 1. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. 12, 1. pkt., shall be replaced by ' paragraph 1. The fourth is to : 4 and 5 ", and". The following shall be replaced by 5, 9 and 10 ` : 6, 10 and 11. "
19. I § 109 a, paragraph. 12, 1. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. 13, 1. pkt., shall be replaced by ' paragraph 1. 3 and 4 ` shall be replaced by the following : 3, 4 and 5 ".
20. I § 109 a, paragraph. 13, 1. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. FOURTEEN, ONE. pkt., shall be replaced by ' paragraph 1. 1, 2, 6, 7 and 8 ` shall be replaced by the following : 1, 2, 7, 8 and 9 ', and after ' cf. paragraph THREE, TWO. pkt. 21. I § 109 a, paragraph. 13, 2. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. FOURTEEN, TWO. pkt., shall be replaced by ' paragraph 1. 5, 9 and 10 ` shall be replaced by the following : 6, 10 and 11. "
22. I § 109 a, paragraph. FOURTEEN, TWO. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. 15, 2. pkt., shall be replaced by ' paragraph 1. 11 ' shall be replaced by the following : TWELVE. "
23. I § 110, paragraph. 1, pasted as Act 4. :
" To make decisions after 3. Act. The President of the European Parliament will be able to obtain an opinion from the Health Board on the loss of professional capacity by the former member on the basis of health conditions. '
24. I § 110, paragraph. 2, pasted as Three. Point. :
" The provisions in force for the calculation of deduction of deduction shall apply mutatis mulations. ' ;
25. I § 110, paragraph. FOUR, TWO. pkt., in the name of the Danish Members of the European Parliament ',' basic remuneration is replaced by the Danish Members of the European Parliament ':' remuneration for membership of the European Parliament '.
§ 2
Law no. 513 of 6. June 2007 amending the Act of Elements for Parliament (Changes, as a result of the gradual increase in the demand for a gradual increase in the retirement and population retirement age and so on and the reimbursement of hotel accommodation expenses) is hereby amended as follows :
1. I § 2 pasted as paragraph FOUR :
" Stop. 4. For Members who first became a Member of Parliament before the first 1. 1 July 2007, section 1, no. 2, the use of the payment of an own pension shall be earned on the basis of periods after 1. "July 2012."
§ 3
Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. July 2012.
Paragraph 2. § 1, no. 3, 5, 6, and 8 11 have effect on all the members elected or re-elected to Parliament at the earliest election year following the entry into force of the law.
Paragraph 3. Members who obtain the right to remuneration during the period from the entry into force of the law and until the first election to be held after the entry into force of the law will be chosen to receive payment in accordance with the rules in section 1, no. 3, 5 and 6.
Paragraph 4. § 1, no. Twelve and 17-19 have effect from the 15th. September, 2011.
