Publication of the amendment of the notice of general adult education (avu-proclaidation)

(Clarification of rules on introducing classes, the retention of information for the issue of the issuer ' s certificates and the alignment of the readout (s))

§ 1

Notice no. 292 of 1. April 2009 on general adult education (avu-proclaimed), as amended by Notice No 916 of 7. July 2010, the following changes are made :

1. All in the notice, the Ministry of Education shall be replaced by the words ' Ministry of Children and Education ` and ' the Education Minister ' shall be replaced by the words ' child and education minister ` ;

2. ~ 10 (1)) 1, ITREAS :

" The institution may organise introductional education to provide a general insight into working methods in general adult education and an introduction to one or more subjects to cover couriers ' trade unions ; preconditions and clarification of the couriers of their educational opportunities, cf. Annex 52. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. August 2012.
