Publication of the amendment of the notice of general adult education (avu-proclaidation)

(Clarification of rules on introducing classes, the retention of information for the issue of the issuer ' s certificates and the alignment of the readout (s))

§ 1

Notice no. 292 of 1. April 2009 on general adult education (avu-proclaimed), as amended by Notice No 916 of 7. July 2010, the following changes are made :

1. All in the notice, the Ministry of Education shall be replaced by the words ' Ministry of Children and Education ` and ' the Education Minister ' shall be replaced by the words ' child and education minister ` ;

2. ~ 10 (1)) 1, ITREAS :

" The institution may organise introductional education to provide a general insight into working methods in general adult education and an introduction to one or more subjects to cover couriers ' trade unions ; preconditions and clarification of the couriers of their educational opportunities, cf. Annex 52. Introducing training may, on the basis of an individual needs assessment, be offered once to the courier who has the desire and the need to get started with education, but which is uncertain and stranger to education. '

3. I ~ 10 (1)) 2, the following shall be inserted after ' within a ` : ' total `.

4. ~ 10 (1)) 3, ITREAS :

" Stop. 3. Teaching the first paragraph. 1 is settled before or in parallel with any studies in other subjects following this notice than those covered by the introduction. ` ;

5. I § 10 inserted after paragraph 1. 3 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 4. The intention is that the courier will be clarified in relation to its personal, general and professional resources in relation to subjects, training and professions. '

' 2.2 Content

a) the training shall cover the professional conditions of the courier and provide clarification with the courist of its educational opportunities, with the integration of elements of training and vocational guidance ;

b) the view contains a broad introduction to one or more subjects ;

c) the introduction of the identity, method and significance of the fshall be provided for the purpose of the first-given context ;

d) the conditions and experience of the couriers will be included in the planning and execution of the flow, as well as reflected in the content. "

34. I Annex 52, Introducing Training, in Act. 3.3, IT, "factored" to : "class."

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. August 2012.
