Publication of the amendment of the notification of imports of foodstuffs, etc., with special restrictions and penalties applicable to infringements of various EU acts

§ 1

Notice no. 396 of 26. April 2012 on the import of foodstuffs, etc., with special restrictions and penalties for breaches of various EU acts, as amended by publication No 2. 510 of 31. In May 2012, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 5 (5). 1, no. 1) the words ' Liechtenstein, Andorra and San Marino ` shall be replaced by ' Liechtenstein and Andorra `.

2. I Section 31 (1). 3, is added as No 5 :

" 5) In addition, the party must not be left to another means of transport for transit. `

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July 2012.
