Publication of the amendment of the notice of legal security and administration in the social field

(Job premium for cash help receivers with longterm unemployment)

§ 1

Notice no. 1635 of 22. December 2010 on the legal security and administration of the social area are hereby amended as follows :

1. I Section 1 (1). 1, no. 16, the words ' and ' shall be replaced by ', `.

2. I Section 1 (1). 1, is inserted after no 16 as a new number :

" 17) law on a 2-year-old experimental system for the job premium for cash-aid beneficiaries with long-term lettiness, etc. and '

17 becomes the second paragraph. 18.

3. I § 22, nr. 12, the words ' and ' shall be replaced by ', `.

4. I § 22, nr. 13, change '. ` to : "and".

5. I § 22 pasted as no. 14 :

" 14) law on a 2-year-old experimental system for the job premium for cash-aid beneficiaries with long-term levity, etc. ` ;

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 4. July 2012.
