Publication concerning the amendment of the provenance of breeding and so forth potatoes

§ 1

Notice no. 450 of 16. May 2011 on the breeding and more potatoes of potatoes, as amended by publication No 1. 630 of 18. June 2012 is hereby amended as follows :

1. § 40, paragraph. 2, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. Danish Agricultural Counseling, the Scientific Centre for Agriculture, controls that areas with seed potatoes declared for breeding and breeding-approved growers comply with the requirements of section 15, section 24, paragraph 24. 1, no. 4 and Annex 7. ` ;

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 5. July 2012.
