Publication of the transitional arrangements for the watercourses and lakes covered by water plans for the 2010-2015 water plan ;

In accordance with section 69 (2), 2, in the rule of water, cf. Law Order no. 927 of 24. September 2009, as amended by law no. 580 of 18. June 2012 shall be determined :

§ 1. This notice shall apply to those of the water plans for the period 2010-2015 covered watercourses and lakes prior to the entry into force of the water plan, cf. notice of the entry into force of environmental objectives and programmes and priorities, etc. in the plan period 2010-2015,

1) were to be measured in the previous regional level without at the same time being covered by the existing crow-up clause in the river basin management, cf. Law Order no. 927 of 24. September 2009, or

2) were not measured in the previous region or covered by the previous existing crow provision in the river basin management requirement, cf. Law Order no. 927 of 24. September, 2009.

§ 2. Crops established before the 1. September 2012, on the areas as mentioned in section 69 (69) of the river basin. 1 along the watercourses and lakes covered by Section 1 may continue to be harvested.

Paragraph 2. From the 1. In September 2012, the use of the areas must also be applied in accordance with the section 69 of the river basin. 1.

§ 3. The announcement shall enter into force on the sixth. July 2012.
