Publication of the entry into force of Section 9 of the amendment of the Act on the Tax of Electrical Electricity and Different Laws

(Implementation of the Energy Agreement)

In accordance with section 10 (4), 1, in Law No 1. 528 of 17. June 2008 amending the Act on the Tax of Electrical Energy and Variable Other laws (Implementation of the Energy Agreement) is determined that the section 9 of the law will enter into force on 7. July 2012.
