Under section 3, paragraph 3, section 19, paragraph 1, in section 20, paragraph 7, section 22, paragraph 6, section 30 (a), section 51 (b), paragraph 3, of the Act on the Folkeskole, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 998 of 16. August 2010, as amended by Act No. 379 of 28. April 2012 and law No. 513 of 4. June 2012, fixed: Chapter 1 scope of the Executive order, etc.

§ 1. Chapter 2 methods of implementation and termination of special educational assistance in dagbehandlingstilbud and stowage locations § 3. § 4. § 5. § 8. If the student must refer to an educational offerings in elementary school, including a training offer in a special class or special school, the Municipal Council in the municipality include the plea municipality location, with a view to the establishment of a professional dialogue on the pupil's educational offerings in elementary school.
