Chapter 1

§ 1. Special training and other special pedagogical assistance (special pedagogical assistance) shall be given to students who, for social reasons, have to be referred to a daily treatment offer or placed in a place of application, and referred to in a place of application ; special pedagogical assistance in the day-processing offer or the location of the place of delivery.

Paragraph 2. Referral to specialized pedagogical assistance in the day-processing offer or the location of the place of application of the place of application shall be the most appropriate to teach the student in shorter or longer time in the day-processing offer or place of delivery, e.g. for reasons of reference for the difficult behavioral problems of the student.

§ 2. Special pedagogical assistance for students in daily processing offers and place of application shall comprise :

2) Special training materials and technical remedies necessary for the teaching of the student.

3) Teaching public school and professional areas, which are organised in particular with regard to the learning conditions of the student body. For students in kindergarten class, special pedagogical assistance training and training are organised according to the special needs of the student.

4) Education and training in function methods and working methods aimed at remedying or limiting the effects of mental, physical, linguistic or sensory dysfunction difficulties.

5) Personal assistance that can help the learner to overcome practical difficulties in the course of school education.

Chapter 2

Procedure for the implementation and termination of special care services in daily processing offers and place of application

§ 3. The local authority of the municipality of the municipality where the processing offer or location is located (the location of the location of the place of location) shall decide on the reference of a student to special pedagogical assistance in the day-processing offer or the location of the place of delivery, cf. however, section 7 (4). § 4. Special pedagogical assistance may be carried out without the observation of the provisions referred to in section 3 (3). 2 and 3, the procedure indicated if the student is in a particularly difficult situation, necessitates immediate action by the municipality. However, there must be consultations with parents as soon as possible with the parents and made a pedagogic psychological evaluation if the established specialised pedagogical aid is estimated to extend more than three weeks (15 days of school).

§ 5. The local authorities shall monitor the development of students who receive special care services in daily processing offers and places of application, and after debate, at least once a year, at least once a year, whether the special pedagogical assistance for the student in question must continue or be amended, or whether the student is to be referred to an educational tender in primary school, including an educational tender in a special class or a special school. Chapter 3

Where a reference is made to a day processing offer or place in a place of arrival in a different municipality other than the Province municipality

§ 6. Chapter 4

Agreement with private, self-balanced and regional day-processing offer and place of application

§ 11. Referral of a student to special pedagogical assistance in a private, self-balanced or regional day-processing offer or place of establishment shall be subject to the conclusion of the institution and the local authority of the local authority in the location of the municipality of the Community ; Agreement on the scope, content and organisation of the subcommittee. Paragraph 2. The Time and Read plans, cf. paragraph 1, no. Entry into force

§ 15. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. August 2012.
