Chapter 1

§ 1. Special training and other special pedagogical assistance (special pedagogical assistance) shall be given to students who, for social reasons, have to be referred to a daily treatment offer or placed in a place of application, and referred to in a place of application ; special pedagogical assistance in the day-processing offer or the location of the place of delivery.

3) Teaching public school and professional areas, which are organised in particular with regard to the learning conditions of the student body. For students in kindergarten class, special pedagogical assistance training and training are organised according to the special needs of the student.

4) Education and training in function methods and working methods aimed at remedying or limiting the effects of mental, physical, linguistic or sensory dysfunction difficulties.

5) Personal assistance that can help the learner to overcome practical difficulties in the course of school education.

Chapter 2

Procedure for the implementation and termination of special care services in daily processing offers and place of application

§ 3. § 4. Chapter 3

Chapter 4

Agreement with private, self-balanced and regional day-processing offer and place of application

§ 11.
