§ 1
Notice no. 294 of 31. in March 2009, on the authorisation and approval etc. of livestock farms, as amended by Notice No 2 ; 1681 of 22. December 2010, Notice no. 291 of 6. April 2011, announcement no. 1344 of 21. December 2011 and procladition no. 120 of 1. February 2012, the following changes are made :

One-three, paragraph 18, paragraph 18. 2 and 3, section 34 (4). 1-3, section 35, section 41, paragraph. 2 and 4, section 55 (3). 9 and 10, section 66, section 75, section Paragraph 1, Section 78 and Section 111 of the environmental authorisation and livestock farming area, cf. Law Order no. 1486 of 4. In December 2009, as amended by law no. 122 of 23. February, 2011, lov # 341 of 27. April 2011 and Law No 1273 of 21. December 2011, section 35, paragraph. 2, in the law of environmental protection, cf. Law Order no. 879 of 26. June 2010 and section 3 of the Law on Proviner, cf. law no. 550 of 18. June 2012 shall be fixed : '
2. The following section is added after section 26 :
" Chapter eight a
Free-commune trials
§ 26 A. The Environmental Management Board may approve free-communal study, cf. the laws on free communes, after which the municipalities of a free municipality may derogate from the following provisions in Chapter 7 :
1) Section 19 (1). 1, as regards building types.
2) § 19 (a) (a) In the case of the size limit and the distance requirements for the one-sided spaces, they shall be 1 and 4. The conditions laid down in paragraph 1 shall : 4 may not be reduced, but the Environmental Management Board may, in accordance with circumstances, make demands for an increase in the conditions of the standard.
3) Section 19 (b) (b) 1 in the case of capacity limits for the said fertiliser storage facilities. The conditions laid down in paragraph 1 shall : 3 cannot be reduced, but the Environmental Management Board may, in accordance with circumstances, make demands for an increase in the conditions of the standard.
Paragraph 2. The local authority of the local authority of the local authorities shall forward the application for the EPA to the Environmental Management Board by 31. December 2013. "
§ 2
Paragraph 1. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. September 2012.
Paragraph 2. section 26 a, as written in section 1 of this Order. 2, shall be repealed on 1. January 2016.
