Publication of the tasks and powers of the Traffic Management Board, Board of Goverment and Compedation of certain provisions of the Traffic Management Board

In accordance with section 21 v, section 24 c (1), 2, and section 24 h, paragraph 1, in the law of rail, cf. Law Order no. 1249 of 11. This is November 2010, Section 17, paragraph 1. Chapter 1

Tasks

§ 1. The Traffic Control Board is a government agency, a government agency.

§ 2. The Management Board shall perform the following tasks :

1) regulation and supervision in the railway area of interoperability, safety, preparedness and rail safety ;

2) regulation and supervision in the area of civil aviation aviation, including preparedness, and operation of the Airports of Bornholm ;

3) regulation and inspection in the field of road safety and the direction of safety and equipment, as well as sustainable transport solutions,

4) the approval of vehicles and the supervision and supervision of the sight of vehicles, respectively, of vehicles,

5) the handling of state duties on the road transport area, concerning the approval of tariffs and the coordination of the collective traffic and the sharing of the box receipts in the capital area ;

6) the issue of the authorisation of bus and regular services, and the regulation and supervision of such services,

7) the issue of authorisation of goods and regulations, and the regulation and supervision of such goods,

8) regulation in the cab area and

9) regulation and supervision in the postal sector.

Paragraph 2. The Management Board must involve the Transport Minister in matters of major importance.

Chapter 2

Befeys

Feelings by law of rail

§ 3. The Management Board shall be responsible for the governmental tasks following the railway system and tasks arising from EU regulations concerning safety in the railway sector.

Paragraph 2. The provision of tasks relating to interoperability, safety, preparedness and rail safety shall include in this notice the issuance of decisions, rules and supervision.

§ 4. The powers of the Transport Minister in section 1 (1). 5, section 2 (2). 2, section 4 (4). 3, 6 and 7, section 4 a, section 5, paragraph 5, 2 and 3, section 6 (4). 3-5, section 8 (a) 2, section 8 d, paragraph 1. 5, section 9, paragraph. 2-6, section 10, section 12, paragraph 12. 6, section 13, paragraph 1. 3, section 17, paragraph. 1, section 18, section 21 h, paragraph ONE, ONE. Act. and paragraph 2, section 21 j, paragraph. 2, section 21 l, paragraph 1. 6, section 21 m, paragraph 1. 8, section 21 u, paragraph 1. 8 and 9, section 21 v, section 24 h, paragraph 3, section 25, paragraph. Article 26 (2) and section 26 (2). 2, in the railway network, by the Traffic Management Board.

Paragraph 2. The powers of the Transport Minister in the railway line section 8 (a) (a). 1, the Danish Agency shall be exercised in respect of the fixing of rules and standards for the construction, maintenance and operation of railway infrastructure, including the conditions for the environment, for grasping conditions and for such conditions, as in : incidentally, it is important for the uniformity and security of the railway infrastructure.

Paragraph 3. The Danish Transport Minister's powers in the section 21 p (1) of the railway system. 3, the Transport Management Board shall be exercised in respect of the setting of rules for reporting of data to Traffic Management concerning accidents, incidents and safety irregularities.

Paragraph 4. The Transport Minister's powers in the section 26 section of the railway system. 1, concerning the implementation and application of EU acts by the Danish Agency for interoperability, safety, preparedness and rail safety in the rail sector. The rules shall be determined as notices.

Paragraph 5. Technical Specifications for the Interoperability (TSI), which the Traffic Management Board shall adopt in accordance with the provisions of the rail sector, may be implemented in Danish law in the case of the rules on Railway (BJ).

Feelings of a Cityring

§ 5. The Management Board shall carry out tasks in accordance with section 15 in the Act of a Cityring for railway safety and the building case.

§ 6. The powers of the Transport Minister in section 1 a, section 2 (2). Paragraph 3 (c), section 3 (3). 1, section 4 (4). 2 and 3, section 7 (4). 3, section 9, section 13 (3). Paragraph 1, section 155, paragraph 1. 2 and section 156 (4). 2, in the field of air transport and section 111 (1). 1, in the annex to the law, shall be exercised by the Traffic Management Board. The Management Board shall also carry out tasks assigned to the Management Board in the air law and tasks arising from EU regulations in the field of air transport.

Paragraph 2. In addition, the powers of the minister are exercised in section 3 (3) of the airline 2, to temporarily restrict or prohibit access to air transport within the entire realm of the Traffic Management Board, where the restriction or ban alone is due to the safety of flight safety.

Paragraph 3. Paragraph 1, section 85, paragraph. Paragraph 1, Section 86 (1). 2, section 88 a, paragraph 1, section 124 q and section 139 (3). 2, in the road traffic law, the Traffic Management Board shall be exercised.

Paragraph 2. The rules on which the Traffic Management Board shall lay down the provisions of section 68 (5) of the Road Traffic Act. 1 may be laid down as the Detailor Information for Vehicles (DfK).

Paragraph 3. Exasions to take decisions in matters relating to the road to road law may be transferred to the police by the Traffic Management Regulation.

Greenland Road Code Befeys

§ 8. The powers of the Transport Council in section 2 (2). 2, section 4, section 6 (4). 2, section 7 (4). 2, section 38 (3). 4, section 40 a, paragraph. 2, and section 43 of the Greenland traffic law is exercised by the Traffic Management Board.

Paragraph 2. Exasions to take decisions in matters relating to road traffic law applicable to Greenland may be transferred to the police force after the Traffic Management Regulation.

Expictions by law on energy labelling of energy-related products

§ 9. The powers of the Transport Minister in respect of motor vehicles in section 17-20 of the energy-labelling of energy-related products, shall be exercised by the Traffic Management Board.

Vesties by the approval and view of vehicles

§ 10. The Danish Minister for Transport in Clause in section 10 a in the approval and view of vehicles is exercised by the Traffic Management Board. The Management Board shall also carry out tasks assigned to the Management Board for the approval and view of vehicles.

Vesties by law of transport companies

§ 11. The powers of the Transport Council in section 2 (2). 4 and 5, section 4, section 6 (4). 2 and 4, section 6 (a), 5 and 6, section 7 (4). 2 and 3, § 8, § 10, section 12, section 12. 4, and section 21-23 of the Law on Traffic Companies shall be exercised by the Traffic Management Board.

Feelings in the field of bus services

§ 12. The powers of the Transport Minister in section 1 (1). 2, section 2 (a) (1). 2, section 12 (2). 3, section 13 (a) (a), 3, section 13 (b). 2, section 18 (2). 1 and 3, § 18 a, § 18 (b, 20, § 20 a, paragraph 20). 5 and section 22 b, in the law of bus and bus services are carried out by the Traffic Management Board. The Management Board shall also carry out tasks assigned to the Management Board on the Law of the Bucor and to the tasks resulting from Regulation No 2 ; 1071/2009 and Regulation No 2 : 1073/2009.

Feelings on the rule of goods

§ 13. The powers of the Transport Minister in section 1 (1). One and two, section 2, section 3, section 3. 3, section 5, section 6 (4). 4, section 6 (a), 4, section 6 (b) (b). 4, section 6 c, section 8 (8). 2-4, section 9, section 10, section 11, paragraph 11. Paragraph 1, section 16 (b) (b). 5, § 16 c, § 16 d and § 17 b in the law of freight traffic is carried out by the Traffic Management Board. The Management Board shall also carry out tasks assigned to the Management Board in the Act on the DL and the tasks of Regulation No 2 ; 1071/2009 and Regulation No 2 : 1072/2009.

Vesties by law of taxi service

§ 14. The powers of the Transport Minister in section 1 (1). 2 and 3, section 2 (2). Paragraph 3, section 3. 2, section 4 (4). 4, section 5, paragraph 5. 3, section 12, paragraph. One and two, and section 14 a, in the law of taxi service is exercised by the Traffic Management Board. The Management Board shall also carry out tasks which have been assigned to the Management Board on taxi driving.

Post-law Bingies

§ 15. The Council of Transport Ministers shall be exercised by the Traffic Management Board.

Chapter 3

Certain requirements which are only in the knowledge of the Traffic Management Home Page

Requirements concerning rail

§ 16. Regulations of the international rail transport of dangerous goods (RID-Rules) of 1. January 2009 and subsequent amendments thereto are not introduced in the law, cf. § 21 v (2) (b) One, in the rail road.

Paragraph 2. The RID Regulation and subsequent amendments thereto shall be published on the date of publication of the traffic management website www.trafikstyrelsen.dk.

§ 17. Requirements and technical specifications issued by the Traffic Management Board in accordance with section 8 (a) (1) (a) Paragraph 1, and section 21 h (s), 1 in the law of rail may be drawn up as Provisions for Railway (BJ).

Paragraph 2. The people in paragraph 3. 1 the specifications and technical specifications drawn up as BJs shall not be imported in law, but shall be published on the date of publication of the Tragesty/website www.trafikstyrelsen.dk.

Requirements concerning air transport

§ 18. Regulations issued by the Traffic Management Board after Section 6 of this notice shall be drawn up as Provisions for Civil Aviation (BL), cf. however, paragraph 1 5.

Paragraph 2. Provisions for Civil Aviation shall not be introduced in law-law.

Paragraph 3. The International Civil Aviation Organisation ' s technical instructions for safe air transport by dangerous goods shall not be introduced in the law. The same applies later to changes in the technical instructions.

Paragraph 4. The people in paragraph 3. 1-3 Notices and Technical Instructions mentioned at the time of publication on the Traludo website www.trafikstyrelsen.dk.

Paragraph 5. Requirements set out in section 40 g (s) of the air law. 1, 3 and 4, section 50 (4). 9, section 70, section 70 (3) (a), 1-4, section 70 b, paragraph. 1-5, section 76, section 85, section 130, § 130 a and § 131, shall be issued as notices introduced in the law.

Chapter 4

Appeal access

§ 19. Unless otherwise provided by the provisions of section 21 to 35 of this notice, the decisions of the Traffic Management Board shall be subject to appeal to the Transport Minister.

20. Complaguing the decisions of the Traffic Management Decision after Section 4, section 11 and section 21 of this notice shall be submitted no later than four weeks after the decision lodged is notified to the person concerned.

Paragraph 2. The Minister for Transport will be able to disregard the deadline when the circumstances are under way.

Paragraph 3. Complaining to the minister of transport does not have a seagingly effective effect. However, where there are special conditions, the Transport Minister or the Traffic Management Board may, where there are special conditions, make a grieveable effect.

Class access by law of rail

§ 21. The following decisions may not be made for the transport minister but may be enslaved to the Railway Board :

1) Decisions such as the Traffic Management Board shall take after the railway line section 12 (4). 6.

2) Decisions such as the Traffic Management Board shall take place in accordance with the section 3, 4 and 4 (4) (a) of the railway network. 2.

3) Decisions such as the Traffic Management Board shall take a railway line under Article 5 (5) of the railway market. 1.

4) Decisions such as Traffic Management shall take place in accordance with the Article 8 (a) of the railway network. 2.

5) Decisions such as the Traffic Management Board shall take into paragraph 21 of the rail network in section 21 of the railway line. One-three, paragraph 21 j, paragraph. 1-3, section 21 k, paragraph 1. 1-6, section 21 l, paragraph 1. 2-5. Exceptionally, decisions concerning the supervision of persons who perform safety-related functions are required to possess the necessary health and professional qualifications.

6) Decisions such as the Traffic Management Board shall take a poopen-end and ban on the basis of the Havary Commission ' s investigations after the section 21 (s) of the railway system. 3, cf. Act 21 l.

§ 22. Decisions taken by the Traffic Management Board, after the section 18 and the notices laid down in accordance with the railway system, set out in accordance with them. section 4 (4) of this notice. 1, may not be brought to the Secretary of Transport or other administrative authority.

-23. Decisions taken by the Traffic Management Board, after the railway line section, 21 u, paragraph 1. 8 and 9 and notices determined pursuant to this, cf. section 4 (4) of this notice. 1, can only be submitted to the Minister for Transport as far as legal questions are concerned.

Draft access by law of a Cityring

§ 24. Decisions taken by the Traffic Management Board after paragraph 15 of the Act on a CityRing cannot be brought to the Secretary of Transport or other administrative authority.

Draft Access by Law on Air Transport

§ 25. Decisions taken by the Traffic Management Board, after Section 6 of this notice and after the air law, notices established under this, Provisions for Civil Aviation and EU Regulations in the field of air transport cannot be brought to the minister of transport or other administrative authority.

SECTION 26. Decisions taken in section 6 (1). 3, in this notice, the Board of Traffic may be enclamed.

Appeal for the road to road law

§ 27. Decisions taken by the Traffic Management Board, after Section 7 of this notice, shall not be made for the Secretary of Transport or other administrative authority.

Greenland Road Code Appeal

§ 28. Decisions taken by the Traffic Management Board, after Section 8 of this notice, shall not be made for the Secretary of Transport or other administrative authority.

Complaguing by law on energy labelling of energy-related products

§ 29. Decisions taken by the Traffic Management Board, after Section 9 of this notice, shall not be made for the Secretary of Transport or other administrative authority.

Appeal access by law on the approval and view of vehicles

-$30. Decisions taken by the Traffic Management Board, after Section 10 of this notice, shall not be made for the Secretary of Transport or other administrative authority.

Draft Access by Law on Traffic Companies

§ 31. Decisions taken by the Traffic Management Board in accordance with section 21 and section 22 of the Law on Traffic Companies may not be brought to the Secretary of Transport or other administrative authority.

Draft Access by the Law on the Buttis

§ 32. Decisions taken by the Traffic Management Act, in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation, pursuant to this Regulation, Regulation No 2 ; 1071/2009 and Regulation No 2 : The transport minister or other administrative authorities may not be brought into the transport minister or other administrative authority.

Draft access by law of road traffic

§ 33. Decisions taken by the Traffic Management Act, in accordance with the rules laid down by the Traffic Authority, Regulation No (s). 1071/2009 and Regulation No 2 : 1072/2009 cannot be brought to the Secretary of Transport or other administrative authority.

Class access by law of taxi service

§ 34. Decisions taken by the Traffic Management Board, having regard to cab driving and announcements established by the Traffic Management Board pursuant to this, cf. Section 14 of this notice shall not be brought to the Secretary of Transport or other administrative authority.

Draft Access by Postal Law

$35. Decisions taken by the Traffic Management Board by Postal Law and Order pursuant thereto shall be laid down in accordance with them. Section 15 of this notice shall not be brought to the Secretary of Transport or other administrative authority.

Chapter 5

Entry into force

§ 36. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. September 2012.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 425 of 9. May 2012 on the tasks and powers of the Traffic Management Agency, redress and provoking some of the rules of the Traffic Management Regulation.
