Publication of the amendment of notification of special measures to reduce antibiotic consumption in pig herds

§ 1

Notice no. 1085 of 29. November 2011, on special measures to reduce antibiotic consumption in pig herds, the following changes are made :

1. § 1 ITREAS :

" § 1. This notice shall apply to pigs herds, for which there are or should have been agreed on health advice, cf. notice on the health advisory contracts for pig herds, and on veterinarians authorised to carry out supplementary veterinary evaluations, cf. the announcement of the approval of veterinarians to carry out supplementary veterinary studies with a view to reducing the antibiotic consumption in pig herds. ` ;

2. I Section 2 (2). 1, inserted after ' paragraph 1 ": and 2".

3. § 3 ITREAS :

" § 3. The limit values, cf. § 2, st1, is from 1. January, 2011, and with the 31 st. May 2013 :

1) Piglets (7-30 kg) : 28 ADD per 100 head per. Day.

2) Pigs, including polte, more than 30 kg, excluding lakes, guilts and orns : 8 ADD per 100 head per. Day.

3) Soils, manure and orns : 5.2 ADD per 100 head per. Day.

Paragraph 2. The limit values, cf. § 2, st1, is from 1. June 2013 :

1) Piglets (7-30 kg) : 25ADD per 100 head per. Day.

2) Pigs, including polte, more than 30 kg, excluding lakes, guilts and orns : 7ADD per. 100 head per. Day.

3) Sows, regurgals and orns : 5 ADD per 100 head per. Day. "

4. Section 15 (3). 1, ITREAS :

" The penalty shall be punished by the penalty.

1) is breaching section 7 (3). 2-4, or § 13,

2) not comply with the prohibition of section 5 (2). 2, section 8 or section 11, or

3) omits to comply with an additional veterinary evaluation according to section 6 or to reduce the maximum amount of coating according to section 10 (4). 1. "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. September 2012.
