Publication of the amendment of notification of health advisory agreements for bovine herds

(Position of crews in consultative categories)

§ 1

Notice no. 786 of 25. June 2010 on health advice agreements for bovine herds, as amended by Notice No 1. 1031 of 27. " August 2010, proclame no. 570 of 6. June 2011 and at the latest by the date of publication No 851 of 14. July 2011, the following changes are made :

1. Inline ITREAS :

" In accordance with section 8 b, section 11, paragraph 1. 1, 3 and 4, section 12 (2). 3 and 4, section 13 (3). 2, section 15 and section 38 (3). 4, in the Law on veterinarians, cf. Law Order no. 815 of 14. July 2012, and paragraph 34 a, paragraph 1. 1-3, section 47, paragraph. 1, Section 51, section 61 (1). Paragraph 70 (1) and 70 (1). 3, in the law on animals of animals, cf. Law Order no. 814 of 14. July 2012, and partly following the authorisation of the minister of food, agriculture and fisheries, shall be : '

2. I Section 2 (2). 1, undeleted no. 6, 7 and 8 .

Number 9-19 will be the second paragraph. 6-16.

3. I Section 5 (5). 1, is replaced by " 1. January ' shall be : ' 31 December of the preceding year `.

4. The following section 12 is inserted :

" § 12 a. The Food Management Board shall take a decision that a crew shall be placed in the " Purpsing advice " category, if

1) the person responsible for the herd shall pass a fine or receive final judgment on the infringement of rules concerning animal welfare, animal health or use of medicinal products for animals where the infringement is concerned, or

2) the antibiotic consumption of the crew exceeds one or more of the limit values set for antibiotic consumption, cf. § 15 a.

§ 12 b. A crew that has been placed in the " Purpated advice " category for 12 months is placed in the " Additional Consultancy " category, if

1) the person responsible for the crew has not been fined or received a final judgment on the infringement of rules as referred to in § 12 a, nr. 1, in the last 12 months, and

2) the antibiotic consumption of the crew has not exceeded one or more of the limit values set for antibiotic consumption, cf. § 15 a, over the last 12 months.

§ 12 c. A crew that resides for 12 months in the Extra Consulting category will be placed in the " Regular Consultancy " category if :

1) the person responsible for the crew has not been fined or received a definitive judgment on the infringement of rules as referred to in section 12 (a) (1). 1, no. 1, and

2) the antibiotic consumption of the crew has not exceeded one or more of the limit values set for antibiotic consumption, cf. § 15 a, over the past 12 months. "

5. § 13 ITREAS :

" § 13. After the termination of an agreement on health advice and subsequent conclusion of a new health advisory agreement, the crew of the category in which it was placed at the time of the said notice shall be continuing in the category in accordance with the said termination. however, paragraph 1 Two and three.

Paragraph 2. Contain under Clause 12 a may lead, but have not yet taken place in the " Purpated advice " category, and which have taken place prior to the termination of an agreement on health advice or the conclusion of a new health advice agreement ; lead to the location in the Purpy advice category.

Paragraph 3. If, for a herd, for which an agreement on voluntary health advice has been concluded, more than 12 months from the termination of this Agreement to the conclusion of a new health advisory agreement, the crew shall be placed in the " Extra " category ; consultancy. "

6. I Section 15 (3). 1, no. 1, of ' 15 b ` shall be replaced by ' 15 c ` ;

7. § 15 a ITREAS :

" § 15 a. The national limit values for bovine animals for bovine animals shall be fixed each year, cf. paragraph 3.

Paragraph 2. The limit values are expressed in ADD (daily standard dose to an animal according to the med-rate Vetstat) per year. 100 head per. Day.

Paragraph 3. The limit values are from 1. January 2011 :

1) Hundreds that have not yet calved, and male bovine animals : 1,2 ADD per. 100 head per. Day.

2) Hundreds of people who have calved : 2,1 ADD/100 animals per 100 per head. Day. "

8. § 15 b ITREAS :

" § 15 b. Antibiotic consumption shall be made up for the herds covered by the notice, cf. Section 1 of the registrations in the Vetstat as an average over nine months in ADD per. 100 head per. on each of the two groups referred to in section 15 (a) (1). 3.

Paragraph 2. For females that have not yet calved, and male bovine animals, antibiotic consumption shall be discharged as the amount of antibiotics recorded in ADD for the age group, in relation to the number of animals per year. Day of the age group.

Paragraph 3. For females having calved, antibiotic consumption shall be discharged as the quantity of antibiotics recorded in ADD for the age group in relation to the number of animals per year ; Day of the age group.

Paragraph 4. In the case of an antibiotic consumption above a threshold, an antibiotic consumption is interpreted as an average over nine months above the limit value of the date referred to in it, cf. section 15 a where the period of nine months expires. "

9. The following section 15 b is inserted :

" § 15 c. National limit values for calves and cows are to be established.

Paragraph 2. The limit values, cf. paragraph 1, shall be fixed at :

1) Calves : 20%

2) Cows : 14%.

Paragraph 3. In the case of mortality at a limit of mortality, a mortality rate shall be interpreted as an average over 12 months above the limit value of the calendar year in which the 12 months period expires. ` ;

10. § 50 ITREAS :

" $50. An agreement on health advice containing added to the Management Module 2 must for milk-bearing herds with more than 250 cows in the purpy advice and additional advice of at least 52 annual advisory visits, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. An agreement on health advice containing added to the Management Module 2 must for milk-bearing herds with more than 250 queues placed in the purptive advice and additional advice of at least 35 annual advisory visits, if the crew ' s location in Monitor advice or additional advice is based solely on the fact that the antibiotic consumption of the crew has exceeded one or more of the limit values set for antibiotic consumption, cf. § 15 a.

Paragraph 3. For crews between 50 and 250 cows (both inclusive), the agreement must include at least 26 annual advisory visits.

Paragraph 4. For livestock with fewer than 50 cows, the agreement shall include at least 12 annual advisory visits.

Paragraph 5. The number of cows in the crew is the number as per the number of the crew. 31. In the preceding year of the preceding year, CHR has been recorded. `

11. I § 56, paragraph. 1, no. 4, is changed " cf. § 2, nr. 15 "for :" cf. § 2, nr. TWELVE. "

12. I Annex 6 is changed " cf. § 2, nr. 18 " to : " cf. § 2, nr. 15. "

13. I Annex 6 is changed " cf. § 2, nr. 19 "to :" cf. § 2, nr. SIXTEEN. "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. September 2012.
