In accordance with section 11 (4), 1, in the Act of Higher Artistic Education institutions, cf. Law Order no. 868 of 26. 1 August 2012 and Clause 12, paragraph 1. Two, in the art of art, cf. Law Order no. 1004 of 29. November 2003 :

Principal

§ 1. The institution is led by the principal, who has overall responsibility for the institution's business.

Paragraph 2. The principal is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the institution's administration and staff.

Paragraph 3. The principal shall decide on all matters which do not, by law, other legal rules or provisions of this notice, be attached to the Minister for Culture or to the institutions ' collegial bodies.

Paragraph 4. Headmaster's hiring and dismissal the institution's staff.

§ 2. Headmaster is being put by the Minister of Culture.

§ 4. The school council is the institution's upper collegiate body.

Paragraph 2. The school council is made up of :

1) Headmaster, as chairman,

2) at least 5 representatives of the art and scientific staff,

3) 3 representatives of students,

4) 1 representative of the technical administrative staff ; and

5) 1 remote member designated by the Ministry of Culture.

Paragraph 3. The principal can determine that others can participate in the school council's meetings without voting rights.

Paragraph 4. The representatives of the technical and technical staff and the technical administrative staff shall be selected for a period of two years and among the respective groups.

Paragraph 5. The representatives of the students are selected for a period of one year and among the students.

Paragraph 6. Genchoices can take place. For each member, apart from the principal, a suppleant is chosen.

Paragraph 7. In the case of the appointment of two members of the recruitment committee for the recruitment committee, cf. Section 2 (2). Three, the principal of the school council is appointed, and the council is acting as a temporary chairman.

§ 6. The school council discusses and gives a statement to the principal about :

1) long-term establishment and development of the institution ;

2) the organisation and structure of the institution ;

3) the institution ' s field of study and curriculus,

4) the institution ' s budget and

5) Proposers for legal rules which are important for the institution.

Paragraph 2. The school can also discuss any case that is of major importance to the organisation and organisation of the institution.

§ 7. At the institution, a student is set up.

Paragraph 2. The Study Board shall consist of an equal number of representatives of the art and scientific staff and students, but at least three representatives from each of them, including at least 1 permanent representative of the work of art and scientific staff. The representatives of the work of art and scientific staff shall be selected for a period of two years. The representatives of the students shall be selected for a period of one year. Genchoices can take place.

Paragraph 3. Headmaster and orortor can't be members of the student board.

Paragraph 4. The Board of Student will elect a chairman of the representatives of the art and scientific staff and a vice-president of the students.

Paragraph 5. The Board of Studiences is a quorum, when more than half of the members of the Board are present. In voting, the President's voice is crucial.

Paragraph 6. The student-chair chair calls for the student-to-be-the-school-to-the-school. A meeting shall be convenalled when the chairman or at least 2 of the members are requested to do so.

Paragraph 7. The Board of Studiene shall draw up its own rules of procedure within the guidelines given by the principal.

§ 8. The Study Board shall be responsible for the principal of the professional level of education, organisation and implementation according to the applicable provisions.

Paragraph 2. The Board of Studiene shall give an attitude to the principal in cases of derogation from the student schemes established by the institution.

Paragraph 3. The Board of Studiene shall give an attitude to the school board on the guidance systems provided for in the guidelines given by the principal.

Paragraph 4. The studio's giving a statement to the Headmaster about the recasting of external censors.

Paragraph 5. The Student Board shall approve the training schedules and draw up proposals for study schemes.

Paragraph 6. The Student Board shall deliver an opinion to the principal in matters of general rules for teaching, examination and evaluation.

Kunsthal Charlottenborg

§ 9. The institution operates the art of art in the exhibit building at the Charlottenborg Castle.

Paragraph 2. The art of art must serve as a showcase for Danish and international art from recent days, as well as a meeting place for events and educational activities related to Danish and international intertime art.

Paragraph 3. § 10. The art director is responsible for the principal's management of the art hall. The art director must have an art professional background.

Paragraph 2. The art director is placed by the principal, cf. Section 1 (1). 4. Employment happens for a limited period of time.

Paragraph 3. The Director of Art is responsible for the preparation of exhibition plans and proposals for the post-office budget in the principal, following a dialogue with the artistic director, determined overall framework.

Paragraph 4. The Director of Art is responsible for programme selection and the organisation of the exhibits.

Paragraph 5. The institution may, in the case of the art business, associate the board with a guidance system.

Special provisions

§ 11. The Ministry of Culture may allow the institution to derogate from the notice as part of the trial. At the same time, the duration and the reporting form shall be determined.

Paragraph 2. The Ministry of Culture will be able to dispense with the announcement when it comes to the reasons given in particular.

Transicement and entry into force

§ 12. The announcement shall enter into force on 10. September 2012.

Paragraph 2. At the same time as the entry into force of the notice, notification no. 660 of 15. June 2011, the board of the Royal Danske Kunstakademis Billedart schools and proclamations. 685 of two. July 2009 on Charlottenborg.
