Notice of issuance of documents without signature or with mechanically reproduced signature

Pursuant to section 13, paragraph 3, of law No. 324 of 11. April 2012 for Denmark is determined: § 1. Payment can be by processing of cases in Denmark matters pursuant to section 1 of the Act on Payment Denmark issue letters, transcripts, decisions and other documents without signature or with mechanically reproduced signature, digital signature or in a similar way. These documents shall be treated legally with documents with personal signature.

(2). If a decision is issued without a personal signature, the name of the caseworker, who makes the decision, appear from the decision of the basic regulation. However, paragraph 3. Other applicable administrative law rules and practices not hereby waived.

(3). Decisions and other documents exclusively a result of electronic data processing, may be issued only with indication of Payment Denmark as the sender.

§ 2. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. October 2012.
