Annunciation of the issuance of documents without signature or by machine-rendered signature

In accordance with Article 13 (1), Three, in the law. 324 of 11. April 2012 on Udbetaling Danmark is hereby fixed :

§ 1. Payments Denmark may, when processing cases in case areas in accordance with section 1 of the Act on Udbetaling Danmark, letters, transcripts, decisions and other documents without signature or with a mechanical signature, digital signature or on equivalent, the way. These documents shall be treated as a legal basis with documents with a personal signature.

Paragraph 2. If a decision is issued without a personal signature, the name of the case worker who makes the decision shall appear in the decision, cf. however, paragraph 1 3. Other applicable administrative rules and practices shall not be deviated from that.

Paragraph 3. Decisions and other documents which are exclusively a result of electronic data processing may be issued alone with the indication of Udbetaling Danmark as a sender.

§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. -October 2012.
