Publication of the amendment of the notification of the eup-for-use substances

§ 1

Notice no. 557 of 31. May 2011 on euphoria, as amended by announcement No 1 997 of 12. Oct in October 2011, announcement no. 506 of 30. May 2012 and procladition no. 778 of 4. July 2012, the following changes are made :

1. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 100 as new number :

" 100 a. 5-IT (1-(1 H -indol-5-yl) propan-2-amin). "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the 30. September 2012.
