Publication of the amendment of the notification of vehicle registration, etc.

§ 1

In the notice of registration of vehicles, etc., cf. Notice no. 504 of 30. In May 2012, the following changes are made :

1. Inline ITREAS :

" In accordance with section 1, paragraph, 3, section 2, paragraph 2. 2-5, section 5, section 6, paragraph 6. 2, section 7 (4). 2-8, section 14, paragraph 14. 2 and 3, section 15 (3). 5 and 6, section 17 (4). Article 20 (2) and 20 (2). 2, in the law on the registration of vehicles, cf. Law Order no. 580 of seven. June 2011, as amended by law no. 481 of 30. May 2012 and law no. 590 of 18. June 2012 shall be fixed : '

2. I headline in Chapter 15, ' for private use ` shall be deleted ;

3. I § 85, paragraph. ONE, ONE. pkt., and § 86, paragraph. 1, inserted after ' marked ' shall be inserted : ' by Article 84 `.

4. Insert after section 86 Chapter 15 :

" § 86 a. For goods and trucks with a maximum permissible laden mass not exceeding 4 tonnes registered only for commercial use, the CVR number and the name of the registered owner of the car (company name). If there is a registered user of the product and truck, this company's CVR number and name is provided. Instead of the company's name after 1. or 2. pkt., may enter the company's logo if this logo uniquely identifies the company.

Paragraph 2. The information provided in paragraph 1 1,

1) must be visible and legible,

2) must be in a colour which clearly differs from the colour of the product and the lorry ;

3) shall be on the left and right side of the goods and truck,

4) must not be given on signs or similar, which can be taken off and on the goods and the truck ; and

5) can be attached to the goods and the lorry with self-clingy plastic foil.

Paragraph 3. The CVR number must be entered in at least 3 cm high letters and numbers as "CVR" followed by line or down below the 8 digits of the CVR number. In the case of goods and lorries, the name of the company must be given at least 3 cm in capital letters and digits. In the case of goods and trucks, with a maximum permissible laden mass exceeding 3,5 tonnes, which meets the requirement for the publication of the registration of the registered user for the name of the registered user, enter the CVR number after that notice. `

5. I § 117, paragraph 1. 1 and 2, ' intentionally or gross negligent `.

6. I § 117, paragraph 1. 3, in the words ' section 72 (4), 1 and 4 "to :" § 72, paragraph. 1 and 3 ` and ' § 85 ` shall be replaced by ' § 86, § 86 a `.

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2013, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.
