Publication of the amendment of the announcement on the common data basis and statistical data warehouse for employment service

§ 1

Notice no. 334 of 30. March 2012 on the joint data warehouse and the statistical data warehouse for the employment effort, as amended by publication No 2 ; 736 of 28. June 2012 is amended as follows :

1. I § 44, change ' § § 98 c-98 g ` shall be replaced by : ~ 98 b-98 g ".

2. I Section 45 (3). 1, pasted as no. FOUR :

" 4) Persons covered by Section 98 b in the Act of active employment (rotational temporary carer) `.

3. § 49, paragraph. 2, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, must be used by either :

1) to use the browser-based registration solution in the Labor Market Portal,

2) use the interfaces (web-servicer) developed in accordance with the work of the Working Market Agency. § § 1-3, or

3) to use the Work Market Management FTP server, cf. paragraph 3. "

4. I § 49 pasted as paragraph 3 :

" Stop. 3. Data for the person group in section 45 (3). 1, no. I shall be notified in accordance with paragraph 4. 2, no. 3. "

5. I § 50, paragraph. 1, change ' § § 98 c-98 g ` shall be replaced by : ~ 98 b-98 g ".

6. I § 51, paragraph. 1, pasted as no. 7 :

" 7) Persons covered by Section 98 b in the Act of active employment (rotational temporary carer) `.

7. § 55, paragraph 1. 2, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, must be used by either :

1) to use the browser-based registration solution in the Labor Market Portal,

2) use the interfaces (web-servicer) developed in accordance with the work of the Working Market Agency. § § 1-3, or

8. I § 55 pasted as paragraph 3 :

" Stop. 3. Data for the person group in section 51 (3). 1, no. They shall be notified in accordance with paragraph 1. 2, no. 3. "

9. I § 89, paragraph. 4, in section 77, no. Three-sixteen, commencing on the 22nd. October 2012 'to :' § 77, nr. 3-7 and nr. 9-16, commencing when the technical reporting solution is the release '.

10. After § 89, paragraph. 4 the following paragraph shall be added :

" Stop. 5. Reporting for section 77, no. 8, commencement four. "February 2013."

This paragraph will be paragraph 1. 5-7 to paragraph. 6-8.

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 22nd. -October 2012.
