Under section 7, paragraphs 1 and 5 of the law on construction and housing registration, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 160 of 8. February 2010, fixed: § 1. § 2. By obtaining a property data report through the services referred to in clause 1, the customer pays a fee of DKK 325 (2012-level). The fee will be adjusted each year on 1 July. The amount is rounded to the nearest penny amount. The fee is regulated for the first time the 1. January 2014.

§ 3. Until 6 months after ordering a property data report under section 2 may property data report's order without additional charge to update the property data report through the services referred to in § 1. However, no update of information happens in real estate data report that require manual processing, and information derived from data sources that have changed significantly since the collection of property data report. A property data report may be updated after a maximum of 1. paragraph 2 times.

§ 4. The notice shall enter into force on the 31st. October 2012.
