Ordinance amending the Ordinance on food hygiene

§ 1

In executive order No. 788 of 24. July 2008 on the hygiene of foodstuffs, as amended by Decree No. 451 of 9. June 2009, Decree No. 1483 by 15. December 2009, Decree No. 230 of 12. March 2010 and Decree No. 969 of 12. August 2010 is amended as follows: 1. The footnote is replaced by the following: ' the Ordinance contains provisions that implement Commission Directive 96/3/EC of 26. January 1996 for exemption of bulk liquid oils and fats by sea from certain provisions of Council Directive 93/43/EEC on foodstuffs, official journal 1996, L 21, page 42, as amended by Commission Directive 2004/4/EC of 15. January 2004, official journal 2004, L 15, page 25, and European Parliament and Council Directive 2004/41/EC of 21. April 2004 repealing certain directives concerning food hygiene and health conditions for the production and placing on the market of certain products of animal origin intended for human consumption and amending Council Directives 89/662/EEC and 92/118/EEC and Council decision 95/408/EC, as corrected on 2. June 2004, Official Journal L 195, 2004, page 12. Executive order complements and also contains certain provisions from the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 852/2004 of 29 April 2004. In addition, certain provisions included in the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 882/2004 of 29 April 2004. April 2004 on official controls for the purpose of verification of compliance with feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare rules are complied with, as most recently amended on 4. August 2007, the official journal of the European Union 2007 L 2004, page 29, and as last amended by Commission Regulation (EU) No. 208/2011 of 2. February 2011, 2011, the official journal of the European Union L 53, page 56. According to article 288 of the Treaty where a regulation is directly applicable in each Member State. The reproduction of these provisions is thus entirely justified in practical terms and shall not affect the validity of the said regulations look in Denmark. '

Farmed game and small wild game § 45 a.
