Completion of charges for pilotations carried out by the governmental lobolobe

Under Lodslov, cf. law no. 567 of 9. June 2006 :

§ 1. In the case of services provided by the State lobe, a fee shall be paid.

Paragraph 2. The size of the fees appears in the tariff book on the governmental loot's website, www.danpilot.dk.

Paragraph 3. The fees shall be regulated annually by the Finance Ministry general index on price and wage increases.

§ 2. Charges mentioned in this notice are due 30 days after the invoice date.

Paragraph 2. If payment does not occur on a timely basis, the amount due shall be paid during the period from the last timely payment day to the actual payment day of the interest rate set in the interest rate in late payment and so on.

§ 3. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2012.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 197 of 9. March 2011, on charges for pilotations carried out by the State lobe are repealed.
