Publication of the amendment of the announcement of a (a)'s obligation to guide the mop.

§ 1

Notice no. 177 of 19. February 2007, on the duty of a cashier to guide the mop, as amended by the notice No 86 of 5. February 2009 and procladition no. 725 of 6. In July 2009, after negotiation with the Employment Council the following changes shall be made :

1. § 8 (3) 1, ITREAS :

" § 8. Within 3 weeks of the member's enrollment as a professional holding a resume / CV conversation with the member in a box, where a box will assist the member in creating an appropriate, correct and full resume / CV in the Job net, cf. however, § 10 a. `

2. Section 9 (1). 1, ITREAS :

" § 9. Within 4 weeks of the member's enrollment, the A box shall be having a wiring conversation with the member in a casing, cf. however, § 10 a, where a-box will guide the member of rights and duties, and ensure that the Member is aware of the information given in section 2 and section 3. `

3. ~ 10 (1)) 1, ITREAS :

" § 10. The call for a call in a box in accordance with sections 8 and § 9 shall be made in writing and in person. If a member is prevented from coming to the interview, then the case must, as soon as possible, call in writing and personally to call the member into a new conversation. If the case must keep in contact with the Member otherwise, telephone, digitally, or by letter, cf. section 10 a, the member shall be informed in writing and shall be informed in person. ` ;

4. in Chapter 2, the following section 10 is added :

" Less intensive work.

§ 10 a. If a member is subject to less intensive work for certain persons groups, cf. the publication of the active employment action, the law on active employment, and the law on sickness benefits, the case must not hold a resume / CV in accordance with the rules governing the active employment action and the management of active employment. § 8, with the member in the a box, unless the Member request it. In contact with the Member, telephone, digital, or by letter, the A box shall make sure that the member has created an appropriate, correct and full resume / CV in the Job network and, if necessary, assist the member. In this case, the A box shall guide the member on the obligation to seek reasonable and relevant work, cf. § 12 a in the notice and guidance on which work it will be relevant for the member to search.

Paragraph 2. The A-case doesn't have to hold a roadside conversation, cf. section 9, with the member in the a box, unless the Member is requested to do so. In contact with the Member via telephone, telephone, digital, or by letter, the A box shall ensure that the Member is aware of his rights and duties, including the information given in section 2 and section 3. In this connection, the A box shall guide the Member ' s duty to seek reasonable and relevant work, cf. § 12 a in the notice, including the duty to seek specific jobs after the job center, the box and the other player, and that the box will assess the Member's availability in relation to it. '

5. I Section 11 (1). 3, the following words shall be inserted after the ' A box ` shall be inserted in the case of a call for the Member State ' s availability. `

6. I Section 32 (1). 1, no. 1, pasted after " cf. section 9 ' : ` or, for the direction of the member of the card, by the member of the second contact, cf. § 10 (a) (a) TWO. "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the 21. November 2011.
