Publication of notification of safety provisions for natural gas installations in accordance with the law on work environment

§ 1

Notice no. 414 of 8. July 1988 on the safety provisions applicable to natural gas plants, in accordance with the law on the working environment, as amended by the notice No 1025 of 16. December 1999 and procladition no. 979 of 1. In November 2000, the following changes are made :

1. § 11 ITREAS :

" § 11. In the service of natural gas plants, only people who have undergone training make them qualified to do the work in question. The natural gas companies shall determine training levels and provide the organisation and implementation of training so that professional correctness and necessary safety is achieved. '.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2012.
