§ 1

Notice no. 734 of 21. September 1999 on the collection of contributions to the supervision of security measures in the area of radioactivity, as amended by the notice of publication No 2 ; 820 by 18. September 2001, Notice no. 551 of 2. June 2006, Notice no. 683 of 22. June 2006, Notice no. 1333 of 5. December 2006, Notice no. 1192 of 5. December 2008, proclame no. 803 of 25. (1) August 2009 and Notice No 201 of 3. March 2010 is amended as follows :

1. Appendix 1 the text of Annex 1 shall be replaced by this notice.

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the seventh. December 2011.
