Publication of the amendment of the announcement of the recognition of professional qualifications acquired abroad

§ 1

Notice no. 647 of 26. In June 2008 on the recognition of professional qualifications acquired abroad, the following changes shall be made :

1. Inline ITREAS :

" ... pursuant to section 37, paragraph. 4, section 41, 41a, 41b, 41b, 74, 74a, 76 and 84 in the working environment, cf. Law Order no. Seventy-seven of seven. " September 2010, and according to the authority provided for in Article 73 of the Act, the following shall be :

2. Section 5 (5). 1, ITREAS :

" Stop. 1. People who intend to work fast in Denmark, cf. Section 3, before the first time, shall apply for the recognition of professional qualifications to the Health Safety for the purposes of the supervision of the Work for the purposes of the recognition of professional qualifications. `

3. § 6 ITREAS :

' Work shall confirm receipt of the application, cf. section 5, before 1 month from receipt and informing the applicant of any missing documentation. ' ;

4. Section 15 (3). 3, ITREAS :

" Stop. 3. The developer shall ensure that the requirements set out in sections 2 to 4 meet the requirements of sections 2 to 4. This dossier shall be able to be presented at the request of the Board of Work. '

5. Appendix 1 the text of Annex I shall be replaced by this notice.

6. Appendix 2 the text of Annex II to this notice.

7. Appendix 3 the text of Annex III is replaced by this notice.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2012.

Overview of the applicable training requirements in the working environment legislation covered by Section 1

Under section 41 of the Law on Work Environment, the following provisions on training shall be issued at the level of notification :

Working with asbestos

Publication of labour environmental training in section 12.

Working with asphalt materials

Publication of labour environmental vocational training ~ 15.

Work with epoxy and isocyanates

Publication of labour environmental training in section 16.

Work with the crash

Publication of occupational training in section 13.

Work as an elevator montler

Publication of labour environmental training, section 9.

Work as a kedelfit

Publication of working environment vocational training, section 10.

Work as a crane, forklift driver, and driver of telescope loading and forklift tables

Publication of working environment vocational training ~ § 4-7.

Work as a refrigeration monter

Publication of labour environmental training in section 11.

Work with scaffolding

Publication of working environment vocational training, Section 17.

Working with welding

Completion on labour environmental vocational training (14).

In accordance with Article 8 (4), 2, in the environment of the work environment, the following provisions on training shall be issued at the level of notification :

Training as a coordinator for the safety and health work of the construction site

Publication of the obligations of the developer, section 6, and notice of the approval of providers of the compulsory working environment training in Chapter 3. ` ;

' Appendix 2

List of areas in which the prior supervision of professional qualifications is to be carried out, since the profession is relevant to public safety and health, and because the prior verification is justified in avoiding serious damage to the Community ; the safety and health of the official, cf. Section 4 (4). 1.

1. Persons whose professional qualifications are acquired in other EU countries, EEA countries or countries which have agreements with the EU and who intend to work on a temporary or occasional basis in Denmark shall have their professional qualifications ; controlled prior to the Commission for the purposes of recognition before working commencement, in the following areas :

1.1 Work with asbestos

1.2 Fees of telescope loading

1.3 Work as the lift assembly

1.4 Working as a forklift driver

The rule base is in the notice of working environment vocational training, section 5, cf. Notice no. 575 of 1. June 2011 on the recognition of professional qualifications and so on. Section 7 (2). 2.

1.5 Work as a kedelfit

1.6 Work as a crane (mobile cranes, tower cranes and lorry-mounted cranes more than 25 tonnage)

List of areas where no prior checks on professional qualifications are to be carried out, cf. Section 4 (4). 2, for persons whose professional qualifications are acquired in other EU countries, the EEA countries or countries which have agreements with the EU and which intend to operate temporarily or occasional in Denmark.

1. Persons whose professional qualifications are acquired in other EU countries, the EEA countries or countries which have agreements with the EU and who intend to work temporarily or occasional in Denmark shall not have their professional qualifications ; qualifications controlled prior to the Work for Recognition of the work before commencing, in the following areas :

1.1 Work with asphalt Materials
