In accordance with paragraph 5 (2), Two, in Law No 522 of 12. June 2009 amending the Law on waste water and various other laws (The increase in the waste water levy and the tax on HFC gases, and the reduction of the levy on packaging to wine and spirits etc.) is determined that the section 1 of the law is set. 2, enter into force on 1. January 2012.
