Appendix 1 Fees

Publication of payment for the control of fertilisers and soil improvers, etc.

In accordance with section 9 (4), 1, and 11 (1). 3, in the right of fertilizer and soil improvers, etc., cf. Law Order no. 417 of 3. May 2011 :

§ 1. Entities producing or importing notifiable products by notification of fertilisers and soil improvers and other areas shall pay the fees, basic fee, and quantity fee as set out in Annex 1 to cover The expenditure on the part of the natural profession for administration and control, etc., in accordance with the notice and notice to limit the sale of fertilisers containing ammonium nitrate, as well as the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) 2003/2003 of 13. October 2003 on barking.

Paragraph 2. Volume fee, cf. in Annex 1, point C, shall be paid only once for the same party.

Paragraph 3. In the case of products containing products in the past which have been paid in the past, quantity charges shall be calculated by deducting already paid fees.

Paragraph 4. The cost of implementation of the detonation-barrability tests for lots of pure ammonium nitrate fertilizer, cf. Section 14, paragraph 14. 1, cf. Annex 7, in the notice of fertilizer and soil improvers, etc. shall be paid according to the notifier of the product.

§ 2. Undertakings subject to notification of fertilizers and soil improvers, etc., shall each year, at the request of the Board of Natural Acquisitions, and within a time limit laid down by the Management Board, notify the Management Board of the information the company ' s sales in the most recent completed period from 1. August to 31. July, which is necessary for the calculation of the fees. The Management Board may request additional information and documentation.
