Publication of the amendment of publication on seed grains

§ 1

Notice no. 1496 of 15. December 2010 on seed cereals shall be amended as follows :

1. All in the notice, the ' Plant ' shall be replaced by ' the Board of Nature ', ' Plant ' s ' s Board ' shall be replaced by the ' Board of nature ', and the Board ' shall be replaced by the Board ' s Board of Directors '.

2. § 12, paragraph 1. 2 ITREAS IS TO BE

" Stop. 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1 Paragraph 1 shall be carried out only by sampling random lots of the seeds of the second grains of the seed of seed. Generation of species other than alm. rye, maize and canary grass and certified seed grain of alm. rye, maize and canary grass. This also applies to batches of seed of 1. Generation of species other than alm. rye, maize and canary grass that are for sale abroad, cf. Section 14, paragraph 14. 2. The National Services Agency shall publish annually the sampling percentage for each species. The undertaking shall have a written procedure for the random selection of parties for the control. ` ;

3. Annex 3, Section I (B). Foragre, revoked.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2012.
