Under section 9 of the law on radio and telecommunications terminal equipment and electromagnetic conditions, cf. Law Order no. 823 of 3. July 2007 :

§ 1. For radio installations for corro-range radar (SRR) in frequency band 21-26 GHz for time-limited use in vehicles, the following Danish radio interfaces are subject to the following Danish radio interface, cf. Annex 1 : Danish radio interface no. 00 055 for radio installations for corro-range radar (SRR) in frequency band 21-26 GHz for time-limited use in vehicles.

§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2012.

Emissions in 23,6-24,25 GHz frequency band 30 ° or higher over the horizontal plane must be at least 30 dB in relation to the maximum emissions.
In the case of frequencies under 22 GHz, the means of power shall not exceed -61,3 dBm/MHz eirp.

Note 1 : After these dates, the frequencies are no longer available in Denmark for cross-range radar (SRR) unless the equipment is originally fitted in or replaces such equipment originally fitted in a vehicle that is registered, commissionced or marketed in the Community before these dates.

Note 2 : Date of 1. In January 2018, a four-year-long distances shall be extended by four years for the installation of a vehicle, for which a type-approval application has been submitted in accordance with Article 6 (1). 6, of Directive 2007 /46/EC has been approved before the 1. January 2018.
