Notice On Deadlines For The Energy Supervisory Treatment Of Certain Complaints

Publication of the time limits for the treatment of certain complaints by the Energy for the Energy 1)

In accordance with Article 78 (2), Thirteen, in the field of electricity supply, cf. Law Order no. 516 of 20. May 2010, as amended by law no. 466 of 18. May 2011 shall be determined according to Article 92 :

§ 1. In the following complaints, in the field of the field, provided that the complainant has a material and individual interest in the decision, the Energy Agency shall decide within two months of the receipt of a complaint :

1) Complaor after section 84 (4). 9, and Article 84 (a) (a), 4, in the field of power supply.

2) Complagues concerning the obligation of collective power companies to be committed in accordance with section 6 (2) 4, in the field of electricity supply, to make their services available to the consumer on transparent, objective, fair and non-discriminatory conditions.

3) Complagues concerning the obligation of collective power companies to be committed by section 22 (2). 3, in the field of electricity supply, to provide users of the network with the necessary information on the measurement of electricity that is carried through the company network.

4) Complagues concerning the obligation of collective power utilities to be committed by section 24 (2). 2, in the power of power supply, not to discriminate against a user of the system.

5) Complainas related to non-reasonable conditions in connection with network access, cf. § 77, paragraph. Two, in the power of power supply.

6) Storage related to the non-compliance of network companies in respect of consumer protection pursuant to the provision of the power of electricity.

§ 2. In the following appeal proceedings in the natural gas area, provided that the complainant has a material and individual interest in the decision, the Energy Agency shall decide within two months of the receipt of a complaint :

1) Storage after Section 18 (2). 5, section 45 (a) (a), 5, and section 46 (4). 4, in the law of natural gas supply.

2) Complaints relating to authoritionable companies, Energinet.dk and this company's health-owned subsidiary undertakings shall be in accordance with section 7 (4). 5, in the case of natural gas supplies, to make their services available to the consumer on objective, transparent and non-discriminatory conditions.

3) Complagues concerning the obligations of transmissions companies and distribution undertakings in accordance with section 11 (3). 1, no. 4, in the case of natural gas supplies, to provide users of the network with the necessary information on the measurement of natural gas being transported through the network.

4) Complagues concerning the undertaking of storage undertakings after section 15 (s). 1, no. 2, in the case of natural gas supplies, to provide users of the warehouse with the necessary information on the measurement of natural gas being added and extracted from the inventory.

5) Complaction relating to the non-compliance of distribution companies in respect of consumer protection pursuant to the laws on natural gas supply.

§ 3. The period of two months referred to in sections 1 and 2 may be extended by a further two months, if the Energy Agency requires further information in order to be able to take a decision. The prolonged period may be further prolonged if the complainant consented to it.

Paragraph 2. The energy supervision does not address complaints concerning civil disputes, cf. Section 78 (1). ONE, TWO. pkt;, in the law of electricity supply.

§ 4. The announcement will enter into force on the 19th. December 2011.
