Publication of preparations and inquiries at the Danish University of Denmark
Purline Section 54, in Act 54. 432 of 9. In June 2004 on the range of animals shall be determined :
§ 1. The notice shall apply to examinations of samples and the provision of preparations for use in Denmark.
§ 2. Studies in relation to animal disease control or animal health controls on animals and wild animals are carried out only on material extracting and submitted by veterinarians.
Paragraph 2. Studies concerning the second disease or health control of mammals kept as domestic animals and poultry and ornamental birds are carried out only on the material extracting and submitted by veterinary surgeons.
Paragraph 3. Studies in relation to other disease or health check in fish and wild on material submitted by any person.
Paragraph 4. Material for the products referred to in paragraph 1 The examinations referred to in paragraph 1 and 2 shall be accompanied by a written statement by one of the veterinary examiner. The statement shall contain information on :
1) the nature of the material submitted, and
2) background to the submission, including any possibility, information on :
a) outbreaks of disease ;
b) disease treatment and
c) sectional findings.
Paragraph 5. In the event of the submission of marked samples, the mark must be on the notice of the deposit slip.
Paragraph 6. Alternatively, a bar code label can be used with information about CHRN, owner relationships, and possibly. other matters of interest in the identification of the sample.
§ 3. Vaccines, sera and other immunological preparations which may only be handed out in accordance with the transcript of a veterinarian may be extradite to veterinarians and pharmacies. Extradition to others may only take place after written request from the requestor shall be attached to a veterinarian from a veterinarian.
Paragraph 2. Other preparations which do not require a transcript from a veterinarian may be handed out at the request of the requestor.
§ 4. Payment for preparations and surveys shall be incumbated by the requestor unless an agreement has been reached on a specific payment scheme.
§ 5. Studies in relation to animal diseases or health checks at livestock and wild animals at prices listed in Annex 1 for each survey. However, for investigations which are not included in the Annex, the Technical Technical University of Denmark is entitled to lay down temporary prices.
§ 6. Studies in relation to animal diseases or health checks at livestock and wild, which of Denmark's Technical University are requested in other laboratories, shall be carried out at prices determined by the institution in each case. The cost shall constitute the cost of carrying out the investigations with a supplement to the necessary follow-up costs, including the administration, handling and transit operations.
§ 7. Preparations shall be handed down to prices determined by the Danish Technical University in each case.
§ 8. Studies in relation to animal diseases or health checks at livestock and wild animals may be reduced or free of charge when the costs of the investigations due to exceptional circumstances are lower than those provided for in the case of the the price fixed or in specific cases where the tasks of the research are to be completed.
Paragraph 2. The price of tests for tests, trials, trials concerning replacement and similar cases not related to animal diseases or animal health checks shall be determined by agreement between the University of Denmark and the requestor in each case.
§ 9. For studies and preparations that express their per requirements, a management approach of DKK 150,00 is charged.
Paragraph 2. For the sale of preparations under 500,00 kr. an administrative allocation of 150,00 kr.
Paragraph 3. For the forwarding of the samples, a fee of 12.00 kr is charged. per sample, however, at least 100,00 kr.
Paragraph 4. For the disposal of carcasses and bodies, a fee of 12.00 kr is charged. per kg when the weight of animal waste exceeds 50 kg.
§ 10. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2012.
Paragraph 2. At the same time, notice No 127 of 3. February 2010 on preparations and studies at Denmark's Technical University.
