The full text of the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the establishment of a framework for application and priority of the overall radio frequency resources

(frequency plan)

§ 1

In executive order No. 1209 of 15. October 2010 laying down the framework for the application and the priority given by the total radio spectrum resources (frequency plan), as amended by Decree No. 181 of 2. March 2011 and Decree No. 949 of 6. September 2011, shall be amended as follows: 1. Annex H (the list of implemented EC/EU resolutions/decisions) is replaced by the text in annex 1 to this notice.

2. In annex J shall be replaced by the 174,0000-223,0000 MHz frequency band as set out in annex 2 to this order.

3. In annex J shall be replaced by the 790,0000-862,0000 MHz frequency band as set out in annex 3 to this order.

4. In annex J shall be replaced by the 880,0000-915,0000 MHz frequency band as set out in annex 4 to this notice.

5. In annex J shall be replaced by the 925,0000-960,0000 MHz frequency band as in annex 5 to this notice.

6. In annex J shall be replaced by the 1710,0000-1785,0000 MHz frequency band as set out in annex 6 to this Ordinance.

7. In annex J shall be replaced by the 1805,0000-1880,0000 MHz frequency band as in annex 7 to this order.

8. In annex J shall be replaced by the 3600,0000-4200,0000 MHz frequency band as set out in annex 8 to this Ordinance.

9. In annex J shall be replaced by the frequency band 21,4000-27,0000 GHz as in annex 9 to this order.
