Publication of the amendment of the publication of the framework for the use and of the priorities of the total radio spectrum resources ;

(frequency plan)

§ 1

Notice no. 1209 of 15. October 2010 establishing the framework for the use and of the priorities of the total radio spectrum resources (frequency plan) as amended by the date of publication no. 181 of 2. March 2011 and procladition no. 949 of 6. September 2011, the following changes are made :

1. Annex H (The list of implemented EF/EU decision-making / Decisions) is replaced by Annex 1 to this notice.

2. I Appendix J the frequency band shall be replaced by 174,0000-223,0000 MHz, as in Annex 2 to this notice.

3. I Appendix J the frequency band shall be replaced by 790,0000-862.0000 MHz, as in Appendix 3 to this notice.

4. I Appendix J the frequency band is replaced by 880,0000-915,0000 MHz, as in Appendix 4 to this notice.

5. I Appendix J the frequency band is replaced by 925.0000-960,0000 MHz, as in Appendix 5 of this notice.

6. I Appendix J the frequency band shall be replaced by 1710,0000-1785,0000 MHz, as in Appendix 6 to this notice.

7. I Appendix J the frequency band is replaced by 1805,0000-1880,0000 MHz, as in Appendix 7 to this notice.

8. I Appendix J the frequency tape is replaced by 3600,0000-40,000 0000 MHz, as in Appendix 8 to this notice.

9. I Appendix J the frequency band is replaced by 21,4000-27,0000 GHz, as in Appendix 9 of this notice.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2012.

The Danish Business Authority may, in accordance with the notification of authorisations to use radio frequencies, permit authorisations for any available frequency, which are covered by the national unit of MUX 8 which are available for digital information ; radio or television purposes, for use in experiments and other limited purposes. The authorisations will, without further notice, fall at the time specified in a political decision on the final use of the frequencies of MUX 8, but not later than 31. December, 2013.

800,0-820,0 MHz and 823,0-831,0 MHz : Radio interface # 00 025 for radionassed wireless microphones, including in-ear monitoring systems. The introduction of DTT will in certain geographical areas be able to reduce the capacity of wireless microphones in frequency band 800,0-820,0 MHz.
The possible use of the frequencies 800,0-820,0 MHz for wireless microphoners will end on 31. December 2012, cf. notification of the use of radio frequencies without authorisation, and on amateur radio racks and call signs etc.
